To prepare the cake, you need to take the whites of twelve eggs, four yolks, four tablespoons of oat bran, a small amount of salt and liquid sweetener, marjoram, basil and black pepper.
The whites, separated from the yolks, should be beaten together with salt until a strong foam is obtained. After this, you need to add bran, spices, sweetener, black pepper, basil and marjoram to the mass. The consistency of the dough should be similar to pancake dough. The cake is baked on a baking sheet at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees for twenty minutes.
As a filling for diet pizza, you can use low-fat meats and cheeses, as well as vegetables.

1. Peel the zucchini, grate it on a coarse grater, and add salt. Let the zucchini sit for a couple of minutes and squeeze out the water well.
2. Add eggs, spices, mix.

4. Place the pizza base in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, take out the base and grease it with tomato sauce.

7. Place the pizza with the filling in the oven for another 15 minutes.

- Frozen cauliflower – 500 gr.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Parmesan – 15 gr.

Filling:
- Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
- Mozzarella – 90 gr.
- Turkey boiled pork – 100 gr.
- Parmesan – 15 gr.
- Dill, parsley
1. So, take frozen cabbage, defrost it and puree it using a blender.
2. Using gauze folded in 3 layers, squeeze the juice out of the cabbage. The volume of cabbage puree will be reduced by almost half.
3. Place the squeezed cabbage in a bowl, add the egg, finely grated Parmesan and salt. Mix well.
4. Cover a suitable form with baking paper, grease it with oil and place the cabbage base on it.
5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the base for 15 minutes.
6. After 15 minutes, remove the base from the oven and sprinkle it with finely grated cheese. We cut the products prepared for the filling into thin slices and place them on the base.
7. Place the pizza with the filling in the oven for 10 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.

For baking you need to take two onions, five eggs, a couple of peppers, two tomatoes, three tablespoons of vegetable oil and one hundred grams of hard cheese.

- 0.5 tsp. salt;

Filling ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast;
- 200 g pickled champignons;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 100 g black olives;
- 150 g cheese;
- special sauce for pizza.
Important! Cook red lentils for at least 25 minutes until you get porridge or thick puree. And if you use oiled parchment paper, then the baking sheet does not need to be greased with vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
- Rinse dry lentils to remove debris, add cold water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring, until tender. If the product is canned, you just need to drain the water from the can.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Mix cooled lentils with chopped garlic, salt and oregano. Grind the resulting mass into puree using a sieve or grind in a blender.

- 6 medium sized tomatoes;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 small onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 1 tsp. Provençal herbs;
- fresh basil leaves;
- spices at your discretion.
Important! Minced chicken will be more juicy if you sprinkle it with the juice of half a lemon.
How to cook:
- To prepare “meat dough” for pizza, take ready-made chicken fillet, grind in a blender or grind in a meat grinder until it becomes minced.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the resulting minced chicken. Beat the egg along with the bran, add to the minced meat and mix everything.
- To prepare the tomato sauce, remove the skin from 4 tomatoes and chop into small cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic and onion, fry in sunflower oil, add chopped tomatoes, simmer over low heat in an open pan until thickened. At the last stage, add tomato paste, Provencal herbs, salt and black pepper at your discretion.
- Cut the remaining tomatoes into small circles.
- Grate the cheese.
- Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and line with parchment paper.
- Spread the finished minced chicken over a baking sheet in an even layer about 0.5 cm thick. Place the baking sheet with the pizza preparation in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and leave to bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Grease the prepared base with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, add previously prepared tomatoes, and place in the oven for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with coarsely chopped basil leaves.
Peculiarity! If you replace the bran with cornstarch, this recipe will also be suitable for a gluten-free diet. Instead of preparing the sauce, you can use a special ready-made tomato sauce for pizza.
Zucchini with chicken and champignons
When following various diets, there is always a risk of disrupting the vitamin balance in the body, which can lead to undesirable consequences and affect appearance.
For example, vitamin A helps restore skin cells: its deficiency during weight loss can lead to stretch marks and sagging skin. Vitamin C is one of the strongest antioxidants; it has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the immune system and on regenerative processes, the slowdown of which can negatively affect the rate of weight loss.

- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1.5 tsp. dried oregano;
- 0.5 tsp. dried basil;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 0.5 tsp. salt.
Filling ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast;
- 150 g canned champignons;
- 2 medium sized tomatoes;
- 150 g low-fat hard cheese;
- special tomato sauce.
Cooking method:
- Wash the zucchini and finely grate it. Place the zucchini in a deep bowl, adding salt, and leave for 15 minutes. Squeeze out the released liquid using a cloth kitchen towel.
- Finely grate the cheese and crush the garlic. Add grated cheese, flour, garlic, oregano, basil, egg and salt to the squeezed zucchini according to taste preferences, mix thoroughly.
- Spread the resulting zucchini mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment so as to form a circle 1 cm thick and 25-30 cm in diameter, forming an edge.
- Place the baking sheet with the base in an oven previously preheated to 200 degrees and leave to bake for approximately 8 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
- Steam the chicken fillet and cut into medium strips, cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
- Place the canned champignons in a colander and cut into small pieces.
- Grate the cheese.
- Coat the zucchini base with prepared tomato sauce, evenly distribute slices of mushrooms and chicken fillet, place chopped tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place the resulting pizza in the preheated oven for another 4 minutes and leave to bake until done.
