Preparation.
1. Cut meat, onions, zucchini, carrots into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder, place in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add dry oatmeal to the minced meat. They will absorb meat and vegetable juices, so the cutlets will not fall apart or dry out during baking.
3. Salt and pepper, add garlic passed through a press and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything again and beat the minced meat directly in the bowl until smooth. Let it sit for a while.
4. Constantly wetting your hands in water, form cutlets (about 14 pcs.). Place them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
5. Place the cutlets in an oven preheated to 240-250*C for 10 minutes.
6. It's time to prepare the filling. Add salt, sugar, tomato paste and flour to the water, diluted in a small amount of water until smooth. Mix everything well and bring to a boil.
7. Remove the cutlets, pour gravy to 2/3 of their height and return to the oven.
8. Reduce heat to 180*C and continue baking for another 20 minutes.

The broth for the gravy is prepared from chicken, using bones and trimmings of the flesh without skin and fat. To reduce the overall calorie content of a dish, it is permissible to replace it with vegetable broth or water.
Ingredients:
- any lean meat – 700 g;
- 4 large champignons;
- white cabbage - a small fork;
- salt, a pinch of pepper;
- 500 ml chicken broth;
- a glass of fried buckwheat;
- 120 g onions.
How to cook:
- The sorted, washed cereals are boiled in 2 batches until half cooked. The first time the water is allowed to boil and immediately replaced with clean water, the second time it is boiled at a minimum boil, leaving the cereal partially raw.
- Place the cabbage head in a saucepan with lightly salted boiling water, boil for 3-5 minutes once it boils, and remove into a colander. After the moisture has drained, the forks are disassembled into leaves, cutting off the thick veins from them.
