  • Minced meat - 500 grams;
  • Oatmeal - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Pepper - 1 pinch;
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 teaspoons.


Cooking method:

Wash the meat, dry it, cut it into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Pour oatmeal into a deep bowl and add about 3 tablespoons of warm water. Leave the cereal for 5-10 minutes. Then add the egg and minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can add a pinch of spices for meat, fresh or dried herbs.

It is necessary to form cutlets from the resulting minced meat. To make them stick better, you can first wet your hands in cold water. Place the finished cutlets on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, previously lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Place the baking sheet in a well-heated oven for 20–30 minutes. Cutlets with oat flakes and minced meat

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken (thigh and breast in half) - 1 kg;
  • oat flakes - 50 g;
  • drinking yogurt without additives - 150–180 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • spices, salt - to taste.


Cooking method:

Pour oatmeal over yogurt and stir. There should be enough yogurt so that the flakes are soaked and there are no dry lumps, but there is no need to add more so that the minced meat does not turn out liquid. Leave for 20 minutes to swell.

Put chopped onion, egg and flakes in yogurt, spices and salt to taste into the minced chicken. Stir until smooth. Leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to make the cutlets easier to form.

Form cutlets (if desired, you can roll them in breadcrumbs, but I make them without them), place them in a mold with sides, lightly greased with refined vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven at 200 gr. 20 minutes, then remove, add 2 cm of warm water to the mold, reduce heat to 180 degrees. and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.

Along with cutlets, I sometimes bake pieces of bell pepper or broccoli and cauliflower. You can mix cream or sour cream with mustard into the resulting juice from the cutlets 10 minutes before the end of cooking, and the gravy will be added immediately.

Oatmeal cutlets with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1 pc.;
  • Fresh cilantro 0.5 bunch;
  • Onion 1 pc.;
  • Refined sunflower oil 50 ml;
  • Oatmeal 1 tbsp;
  • Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp;
  • Salt 0.5 tsp;
  • Garlic 1 clove;
  • Fresh champignons 300 g.

For breading:

  • Wheat flour 100 g.


Cooking method:

For these cutlets, take: oatmeal, large potatoes, onions, garlic cloves, raw champignons, cilantro or parsley, salt, pepper, butter. Pour boiling water over oatmeal at a ratio of 1:1 and leave for 30 minutes. Peel onions, potatoes and garlic. Grate on a coarse grater.

Wash the greens and chop finely with a knife. Finely chop the champignons. Mix steamed oatmeal, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, garlic and chopped herbs in a deep bowl. Pepper, salt and mix thoroughly. Form cutlets from minced vegetables and roll them in flour.

  • champignons – 300 grams;

  • sunflower oil;
  • fresh cilantro - half a bunch;
  • ground black pepper, other spices;
  • salt to taste.

Sauce for cutlets:

  • mushroom broth - 2 cups;
  • wheat flour – 50 grams;
  • sour cream (low-fat) – 100 grams;
  • onion - half a head.

Cooking method:

Boil the champignons, cool and finely chop. Pour hot water or mushroom broth into the flakes at a ratio of one to one. Peel the onion and potatoes and grind them. Make a homogeneous mass from the egg and add to the cereal.

Chop the cilantro. Combine the resulting ingredients in a deep bowl. Pepper, salt and form cutlets. Fry thoroughly in sunflower oil on both sides.

Pour boiling water over the oatmeal and let it swell. At this time, peel, finely chop or crush the garlic. We clean and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Chop the greens.

When the oatmeal has swollen, drain the excess water, knead the dough: add salt, flour, garlic, carrots, spices, herbs. Mix well. Pour refined vegetable oil into a heated frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 5–6 tbsp. l.;
  • Semolina – 4 tbsp. l.;

  • Sunflower oil – 40 ml.


Cooking method:

Take two large carrots. Wash well and remove the skin. Then cut the carrots into rings. The thinner the rings, the faster it will cook. Fill the carrots with water and put them on the stove to cook. After about 20 minutes, the carrots will become soft and can be easily crushed with a masher.

Let the carrots cool slightly and break a raw chicken egg into it. Salt. Add rolled oats (oatmeal) about 5-6 tablespoons. We should get a non-liquid mass from which we can easily make cutlets. We leave the carrot-oatmeal to brew so that the oatmeal is saturated with carrot juice and softens. This takes approximately 20–30 minutes.

After this, we proceed to sculpting the cutlets. Pour a little semolina into a plate, 4-5 tablespoons. We form small cutlets from the minced meat and roll them in semolina on both sides. Heat a frying pan and pour sunflower oil into it. Dip the cutlets into the oil. Fry them on both sides.

Delicious recipe with bouillon cube

If you don’t have meat broth on hand, you can make cutlets from oatmeal with cubes. We simply stir it in water and use it to steam the cereal.

Ingredients:

  • 215 g flakes;
  • one chicken cube;
  • cup of water
  • one onion and one potato each;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • half a bunch of dill, spices, oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Dissolve the chicken cube in boiling water and pour the resulting broth over the flakes and steam for 15 minutes.
  2. In hot oil, sauté the chopped onion until golden and add it to the cereal along with the grated potato tuber and slices of the spicy vegetable.
  3. Add chopped dill and spices, mix everything, form cutlets and fry them until fully cooked.

Oatmeal cutlets like meat

  • 1 cup oatmeal. We take regular cereal. An instant product is not suitable here, because you need full-fledged oatmeal. Pour 100 ml of boiling water over the flakes and wait until they swell. This will take approximately 25 minutes.
  • To make the finished dish more juicy, be sure to add 1 medium potato to it. First grate on a medium grater.
  • 1 medium onion. Try to chop the onion as finely as possible, then it will release more juice. If desired, you can add a clove of garlic.
  • Greenery. Choose any greens to your taste, chop finely.
  • Salt and pepper.

After you have mixed all the ingredients, you can start frying the rolled oatmeal cutlets in a frying pan. You can first dip them in breadcrumbs, then you will have a tasty and aromatic crust.

I changed the recipe a little, it looks like this for me.

Pour boiling water into a saucepan, dissolve bouillon cubes in it (I used chicken cubes), add oatmeal, mix well, let cool.
Cut one onion into small cubes and fry in a frying pan until transparent and a slight hint of goldenness. We grate the second one on a fine grater (twist it through a meat grinder) - to make the cutlets juicier, we grate the garlic on a fine grater. Add eggs, onion and garlic to the porridge, mix the resulting mixture. Heat a frying pan with oil. With wet hands we form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs (flour), put them in a frying pan, fry like regular cutlets - until golden brown, and transfer to a plate. Pour 3-4 tbsp into the pan. l. water, put all the cutlets in it, cover with a lid and heat for 2-3 minutes (this is not necessary). THIS IS HOW THEY FOOL OUR BROTHER. AND YOUR SISTER TOO... Have a nice... PY. SY. Of course, these cutlets cannot be confused with meat cutlets, but slegontsa reminds them, and I ate the first 2 pieces with pleasure.

Recipe for making delicious lentil cutlets for every day

These cutlets turn out juicy and fresh thanks to the fact that we use raw lentils, just soaked overnight in water, and the juicy onions, of course, do their job. In addition, in this way all the beneficial properties of lentils are better preserved. It contains a lot of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and virtually no fat, making this legume product easily absorbed by the body. By the way, I have already told you how to deliciously cook lentils as a side dish.

Boiled rice contributes to the formation of a beautiful golden brown crust with fried crispy rice on the surface. Believe me, it's very tasty! Better yet, double-check - cook and see for yourself!


To prepare we will need:

  • Green lentils – 150 gr.
  • Rice – 150 gr.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Black pepper – 5 gr.
  • Nutmeg – 5 gr.

1. We start preparing the cutlets with an important point: soaking the lentils. We first wash the cereal, then place it in a deep bowl with water for at least 8 hours.

2. Boil the rice in salted water until fully cooked.

3. Drain the water from the lentils and blend them with an immersion blender along with the onions and garlic.

4. Transfer the minced lentils into a container, combine with rice, and mix.

In order for the minced meat to be of the required consistency, the products to form well and not fall apart during frying, special attention should be paid to the proportions of the products. For 1 part of lentils you need to take 0.75 teaspoons of rice and 0.25 teaspoons of chopped onion.

5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

6. Pour a pinch of salt into the minced meat, a little freshly ground pepper, and grate the nutmeg. Mix with your hands and immediately form cutlets of any shape convenient for you.

7. Place in a frying pan to cook. Fry the cutlets on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
