You will need:

Ingredients:
- minced chicken (thigh and breast in half) - 1 kg;
- oat flakes - 50 g;
- drinking yogurt without additives - 150–180 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;

Cooking method:
Pour oatmeal over yogurt and stir. There should be enough yogurt so that the flakes are soaked and there are no dry lumps, but there is no need to add more so that the minced meat does not turn out liquid. Leave for 20 minutes to swell.

Bake in the oven at 200 gr. 20 minutes, then remove, add 2 cm of warm water to the mold, reduce heat to 180 degrees. and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
Along with cutlets, I sometimes bake pieces of bell pepper or broccoli and cauliflower. You can mix cream or sour cream with mustard into the resulting juice from the cutlets 10 minutes before the end of cooking, and the gravy will be added immediately.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 pc.;
- Fresh cilantro 0.5 bunch;
- Onion 1 pc.;
- Refined sunflower oil 50 ml;
- Oatmeal 1 tbsp;

With wet hands we form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs (flour), put them in a frying pan, fry like regular cutlets - until golden brown, and transfer to a plate. These cutlets turn out juicy and fresh thanks to the fact that we use raw lentils, just soaked overnight in water, and the juicy onions, of course, do their job. In addition, in this way all the beneficial properties of lentils are better preserved. It contains a lot of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and virtually no fat, making this legume product easily absorbed by the body. Boiled rice contributes to the formation of a beautiful golden brown crust with fried crispy rice on the surface. Believe me, it's very tasty! Better yet, double-check - cook and see for yourself!
To prepare we will need:
- Green lentils – 150 gr.
- Rice – 150 gr.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt - a pinch
- Black pepper – 5 gr.
- Nutmeg – 5 gr.
1. We start preparing the cutlets with an important point: soaking the lentils. We first wash the cereal, then place it in a deep bowl with water for at least 8 hours.
2. Boil the rice in salted water until fully cooked.
3. Drain the water from the lentils and blend them with an immersion blender along with the onions and garlic.
4. Transfer the minced lentils into a container, combine with rice, and mix.
In order for the minced meat to be of the required consistency, the products to form well and not fall apart during frying, special attention should be paid to the proportions of the products. For 1 part of lentils you need to take 0.75 teaspoons of rice and 0.25 teaspoons of chopped onion.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
6. Pour a pinch of salt into the minced meat, a little freshly ground pepper, and grate the nutmeg. Mix with your hands and immediately form cutlets of any shape convenient for you.
