In this version, the rice diet lasts up to 7-10 days; it can be repeated no more than once every two months. The rice diet is often called a recently fashionable method of cleansing the body, but in fact it is not a diet. It consists of the following: for two weeks, every morning on an empty stomach, eat two tablespoons of rice prepared in a special way (more on that below), after which do not eat anything for 2 hours. Then during the day you can eat as usual, without restricting yourself in any way (however, it is still better to exclude fatty and spicy foods from the diet). To prepare rice for this method, add two tablespoons of rice (i.e. one morning serving) to a glass of water and keep in a cool place for 4 days, changing the water daily. After 4 days, rinse the rice, cook it, after cooking, rinse it again, and you can eat it.
