- funchose – 180 – 200 g;
- boiled chicken – 380 – 400 g;

Preparation
- At the same time, fry the pieces of onion and chicken in any heated oil.
- When both products are ready, add water. Wait for it to heat up. Place dry noodles in a frying pan.
- Cook for 6 - 7 minutes, only then stir. Add salt and spices to taste.
The resulting fried funchose with chicken meat can be sprinkled with balsamic cream. The main thing is not to confuse the latter with similar vinegar.
Recipe for a hot dish of funchose with chicken, vegetables and soy sauce
We will stew chicken and vegetables together in this dish. But, except for the cucumber. It will be that very refreshing zest that will never harm a hot dish. It is prepared very quickly, literally in a hurry. I highly recommend it.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of funchose
- teaspoon curry
- 150 grams peeled sweet pepper
- soy sauce
- 150 grams of carrots
- 150 grams of onion
- 150 grams of fresh cucumbers
- one chicken breast fillet (200 grams)
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the chicken and dry it. Cut the fillet into medium-sized pieces. You can cut into strips or cubes, as you wish. Place in a deep bowl. Pour in soy sauce, about 2-4 tablespoons. Mix everything so that every piece is in the sauce. Leave for 15 minutes.
- We take the funchose out of the package and place it in a deep bowl. Fill it with boiling water to the top. Leave for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut it into small cubes or strips.
- Grate the carrots with three graters, after peeling them. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. We transfer the chicken here. Add some salt, taking into account that the soy sauce is already quite salty. Add curry and stir. Fry on high power for a couple of minutes, stirring. Then we send onions, carrots and peppers here. Cook together for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends. Cut it into thin elongated bars. In general, the shape of the cut does not matter. Add some salt to the funchose and put it in a salad bowl. Place cucumbers on top. Then transfer the hot mass from the frying pan here. Mix everything and serve!
Funchoza with chicken in a slow cooker
Funchoza with chicken and vegetables is prepared simply and without much fuss in a slow cooker. Even without pre-frying the ingredients, the dish turns out to be surprisingly rich, incredibly tasty and at the same time more healthy. If desired, you can add some chopped chili and tomatoes to the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- funchose – 200 g;
- chicken – 400 g;
- bell pepper – 300 g;
- carrots and onions – 1 pc.;
- soy sauce – 100 ml;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- water – 750 ml;
- oil – 100 ml;
- pepper, salt, spices, herbs.
Preparation
- Pour oil into a bowl and add chicken and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, water, and spices.
- Turn on “Quenching” for an hour.
- 15 minutes before the signal, the noodles are laid.
- Ready funchoza, stewed with vegetables and chicken, seasoned with herbs.

- funchose - 250 g;
- chicken fillet - 3-4 pcs;

Cooking
- You don't need salt and pepper, because it's all in the bag with the Korean funchose dressing.
- Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into strips.
- While we are chopping the vegetables, marinate the meat a little in the funchose filling. To do this, transfer the chopped fillet to a plate.
- I poured half a packet onto the chicken strips, stirred and set aside.
- Of course, you don’t have to do this, but add two full bags later to the funchose.
- We peel and cut the carrots into strips; I chopped them in a mill that I have.
- Wash the pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips. Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips. Wash the greens and chop them finely.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Then add the fillet and fry for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add carrots and fry for a few more minutes. Then add the pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
- While the vegetables and meat are cooking, prepare the funchose. I poured boiling water over it for 15 minutes
- but in general, look at the preparation on the package, some say to cook.
- When preparing funchose, the main thing is not to overcook the noodles; you can simply pour boiling water over them (as I did) and let them stand for 15 minutes. Properly cooked noodles should look glassy-transparent.
- Then I put the noodles in a colander so that the water drains and the funchose is ready. The noodles are very long, you can cut them if you want, but I don’t do that.
- Add one and a half packets of dressing to the funchose, mix well and add vegetables with chicken, cucumbers and herbs, sesame seeds, mix everything well and put in the refrigerator to soak for 1 hour.
- This is done so that the funchose absorbs all the tastes, smells and even color!
- The salad is ready and can be served.

To do this you will need:
- 400 grams of pork pulp;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;

After the meat and garlic are ready, put it in a bowl and add carrots grated on a Korean grater. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice, pour soy sauce, add black pepper and paprika, but do not mix.
Pour a quarter cup of sunflower oil into a hot frying pan, and when it is hot, sprinkle in paprika and squeeze out 2 cloves of garlic. All this needs to be done as quickly as possible! The spiced oil is ready. Pour it over the salad and now mix it.
How to cook funchose with chicken

- Cut the chicken into small cubes. Cut one carrot into slices, grate the second. Chop the onion. Cut the pepper into cubes. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat and add chicken, onions, carrots, soy sauce. Fry for 10 minutes.
- Next, add water, pepper, salt and spices. Stir and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
- 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add funchose. Bon appetit!

Step-by-step preparation of the dish:
- Place the noodles in a deep container, pour boiling water over them for 15 minutes and place in a colander to drain excess liquid.
- Cook the beans in filtered water for 5 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.
- Remove the peel from the carrots and rub the fruit through a Korean carrot grater.
- Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop the pulp into strips
- Wash the meat under running water and cut into slices. Fry the pieces in a Teflon frying pan in oil until golden brown and sprinkle with spices.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings, combine with chicken and lightly sauté.
- Place the prepared vegetables into the meat and fry for 7 minutes.
- Add garlic, pressed through a press, and beans to the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add funchose, spices, salt to the fried foods and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the mixture of vinegar and sauce over the ingredients, mix them with a spatula and let stand for 1 hour.

Funchoza salad with chicken and vegetables
“Funchoza” salad with chicken and vegetables, a recipe with a photo of which I offer, is the most favorite salad for my family and all my friends. You can, of course, prepare old and familiar salads, but they don’t evoke as many emotions as an unusual glass noodle salad. Funchoza really looks like a piece of glass. Although it does not have a distinct taste, the spices and sauce make the most delicious noodles. Funchoza gives the salad volume and nutrition. Chicken and vegetables with funchose harmonize very well, so start preparing a delicious salad with me.
- 1 package of funchose,
- 1 PC. chicken fillet,
- 1 onion,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 200 grams of tomato,
- a little fresh, green parsley,
- 1 carrot,
- 4 tables. l. vegetable oil,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- For the recipe we need fried chicken fillet. We cut it lengthwise to make stripes.
- Pour half the vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry the chicken. It will cook in 10 minutes on both sides. You can stir the chicken while it is frying. Salt and pepper it to taste.
- Chop all the necessary vegetables: grate the carrots using a Korean grater, chop the tomatoes and onions into strips.
- Add all the vegetables to the fried chicken and add oil so that the vegetables also brown.
- Squeeze the garlic through a press into the vegetables and chicken. The aroma will be mind-blowing in the kitchen. Garlic goes well with chicken and all vegetables.
- Pour soy sauce into the frying pan, reduce heat and stir.
- Cook funchose. Boil water, add noodles and turn off the heat. Add a little salt to the water where the funchose mono was cooked. Let the noodles sit in hot water for 10 minutes. Then pour into a sieve and rinse with cold water.
- Add funchose to the pan.

Not so long ago, such a product of Asian cuisine as funchose appeared in supermarkets. These are thin “glass” noodles that are prepared with seasonings from pickled peppers and various vegetables. You can buy funchose in Japanese and Chinese cuisine departments. In European cuisine, despite its Asian origin, funchose continues to steadily gain popularity. Today I would like to share a very simple but affordable recipe for making a Korean funchose salad with chicken and vegetables.
- Funchoza -150 gr.
- Chicken fillet - 200 gr.
- Bell pepper – 150 gr.
- Carrots - 150 gr.

- Fry carrots and bell peppers in vegetable oil and add to the salad bowl.

- To prepare the dish under discussion in soy sauce, the first step is to fry pieces of onion and chicken in a frying pan with any fat. Both products should be slightly browned.
- When the chicken and onions are fully cooked, add the bell pepper slices. Simmer everything until the last part is soft.
- Pour in water and soy sauce, add dry funchose to the rest of the products. You need to be careful with the noodle briquette, as it is extremely fragile.
- After 6 - 7 minutes, mix everything, add spices and salt to taste. You should not overdo it with the latter, as there is enough of it in soy sauce.

Funchoza is an ideal product for people who want to lose weight, as it contains complex carbohydrates. By including funchose in your diet, you can minimize your intake of fats and sugars and feel full of energy. In addition, it contains amino acids necessary for cell regeneration in the body.
When dieting, the body experiences a lack of the usual amount of food. The person becomes irritable. If the menu is incorrectly selected, side effects occur due to a lack of vitamins and microelements. If you use funchose in diets, the negative impact of diets on the body is reduced, and it is easier to tolerate stress:
- the nervous system stabilizes;
- the skin continues to remain elastic;

Being a natural plant product, it is often used in lenten and vegetarian cuisine. Funchoza in diets is usually used as a side dish. It is replaced by potatoes, as it is less caloric. If you eat no more than 200 g of noodles per day, then you will not gain excess weight from it. The main task is to control what to eat with her. Since crystal vermicelli does not contain protein and is not a vegetable, its consumption during this period is also excluded. - Place the noodles in salted boiling water. Cook for 12 – 14 minutes. Rinse with boiling water.
- Fry the chicken strips until done. Add small cubes of garlic and pieces of sweet pepper to them. Simmer the food under the lid for 6 – 7 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, starch, sugar, vinegar and 5 - 6 tbsp. l. water. You can add dark or light sesame to the mixture. Pour the sauce over the bird.
- Add the prepared funchose to the frying pan. Mix all.
