  • For lunch: 160 gr. sauerkraut and 160 gr. fried pollock.
  • For dinner: potato pancakes (4 potatoes) with salad – 120 g. sauerkraut and 5 grapes.

Thursday:

  • For breakfast: a wholemeal bun, a few slices of apple and Gouda cheese (35g).
  • For lunch: 220 gr. beef fillet (fried) with pineapple and 160 gr. sauerkraut - all products in stewed form.
  • For dinner: salad from 120 gr. pork slices, 120 gr. sauerkraut and 4 tomatoes.

Cabbage soup diet

The basis of the diet is soup, which includes the following components: 6 carrots, 450 gr. white cabbage, 3 sweet peppers, 4 onions, 5 celery, 3 tomatoes, 120 gr. uncooked rice and salt to taste. The soup can be consumed in any quantity. But in addition to it, the body will also need additional products.

  • First day: cabbage soup, fruit (bananas and grapes are prohibited).
  • Day two: cabbage soup.
  • Third day: cabbage soup, vegetables (besides potatoes).
