Despite the fact that the popularity of crab sticks is no longer so stunning, inventive nutritionists have found a new use for them - to get rid of extra pounds in a fairly short time.
The numbers are simply impressive - on average 4-5 kg in just 4 days. Due to the fact that the quality of crab sticks has deteriorated greatly, many doubt the correctness, safety and effectiveness of this system, so the crab stick diet has a number of rules:
- crab sticks should be of high quality, ideally made from fish (processed white fish protein - surimi) and salt, and you can eat no more than 200 g per day;

Crab salad without mayonnaise is prepared from the following ingredients:
- crab sticks – 200 g;
- fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
- cherry – 8 pcs.;
- olive or linseed oil.
Finely chop fresh cucumber, sticks and cherry tomatoes, mix and season with olive or linseed oil. To give the dish a richer taste, you can add chopped herbs and herbs.
Crab “Raffaello”: finely chop the sticks, mix them with chopped boiled egg and add 1 chopped garlic clove. Mix everything thoroughly, use low-fat yogurt without any additives for dressing. Divide the prepared mass into small portions, roll them into balls, and roll in grated boiled egg yolk or cheese shavings. There is no need to add salt or hot spices to the dish.
Balls: 200 g sticks and 2 hard-boiled eggs, grind through a meat grinder. Pass 1 garlic clove through a press and add to the crab mixture. Add 150 g of low-fat and unsalted cheese there. Mix thoroughly and season with low-fat sour cream. Divide the mixture into small portions and form into balls, roll in chopped herbs.
Authorized Products
The diet menu is very limited, if not for kefir, it could be considered a mono-diet. The diet is very meager, per day the following is allowed:
- 200 g crab sticks;
- liter of 0% kefir;
- 5-6 glasses of water or unsweetened green tea.
Is it possible to eat crab sticks while on a diet?
Many are surprised that an entire diet was built on such a synthetic product as crab sticks, but if you delve into it and understand, even domestic analogues are a whole storehouse of useful substances that are preserved during long-term storage and, in addition, are a low-calorie product:
- crab sticks in a diet can provide the body with unsaturated fatty acids , vitamins A, and group B , easily digestible proteins of marine origin;
- the food is protein, so it gives a long-lasting boost of energy;
- calorie content does not exceed 80 kcal per 100 g, which, when consumed daily for 4 days, guarantees a significant reduction in the daily calorie content of the menu and, as a result, ensures the loss of extra pounds.

Is it possible to eat while losing weight?
100 g of sticks contain no more than 80 kcal, and due to their high protein content, after eating them, a long-lasting feeling of satiety occurs, which helps to effectively lose weight.

Preparation
