Olga claims that the employees create a menu for her that is designed for 1000 kcal. According to the TV presenter, this is very convenient, because you don’t need to bother with cooking, counting calories, or purchasing certain products.

Olga’s sample menu for 1 day:

  1. Breakfast. Cottage cheese or muesli – 200 g.
  2. Dinner. Option 1: baked or boiled fish with vegetables (200 g). Option 2: lentil or broccoli puree soup (200 g).
  3. Dinner. Various cooked vegetables (200 g).

The TV presenter admits that she has tried a huge number of diets. But every time after they ended, the weight returned again. According to Olga, she is very scrupulous about the caloric content of food. Every day everything is carefully calculated. Once the TV presenter decided that she would consume only 500 kcal per day (with the required 1000-2000). After a while, she began to feel a loss of strength and weakness in her muscles. Therefore, I had to abandon this idea and return to a normal diet.

Olga claims that the best diet is split and varied meals. In this case, the portions should be small and fit into the fist.
