Despite the availability and low cost of juice in stores, it is advisable to use freshly prepared juice without salt, which is squeezed immediately before use.

Three-day option: the main condition is to drink tomato juice with every meal.

Breakfast

  • Option 1: 2 slices of rye bread or 1 slice, thinly greased with butter.
  • Option 2: 150 gr. low-fat cottage cheese.
  • Option 3: 200 gr. fruit salad (without grapes and bananas).

Dinner

  • Option 1: 100 gr. boiled unsalted rice, baked or stewed vegetables.
  • Option 2: 150 gr. fillet of boiled lean fish, vegetable salad with tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.

Dinner

  • Just one option: 200 gr. chicken white meat (breast).

During the diet, 2-3 kg of weight are lost.

The good thing about a long-term tomato juice diet is that it can last as long as you want. The list of products approved for consumption is quite wide. Of course, it is better if the juice is made from non-industrial mass-grown fruits that contain substances to increase shelf life.

The main requirement: 10-15 minutes before a meal, drink one glass of tomato juice and do not consume foods from the list below:

  • sweets, confectionery;
  • baked goods and flour products;
  • smoked meat;
  • fried foods;
  • spicy and salty;
  • carbonated drinks;

Tomato juice and rice

This type of diet has only two main ingredients, which makes it a good test of willpower. The cost of the components is attractive, which serves as another argument in favor when choosing a diet. Duration – up to 20 days, optimally – two weeks.

It is better to use brown rice, since the starch content in it is slightly lower than in white, and this increases success in losing weight. It must be prepared in advance: pour 300 g of rice with warm water overnight. During the night, rice grains have time to swell and become soft, but do not waste their reserves of nutrients, as happens with white rice during the cooking process.

You need to drink tomato juice all day, an hour before meals and eat a portion of rice. Repeat meals 5 times a day.

If the diet lasts longer than 14 days, then for lunch you need to add 150 g of meat or fish and fresh fruits (except banana), vegetables and low-fat cottage cheese.

On tomato soup

The main difference between this type of diet is the daily consumption of tomato soup. You can eat it at any time and as much as you want. At the same time, it is important to observe moderation and try not to stretch the volume of the stomach, because after the process of losing weight is completed, it will be difficult to resist the constant feeling of hunger and the risk of rapidly gaining weight that you just said goodbye to increases significantly. The result of using this diet will be a loss of 4-8 kg per week.

For the soup you will need:

  • 6 onions;
  • 2 large tomatoes;
  • medium head of cabbage;
  • a bunch of green pepper;
  • 2 vegetable bouillon cubes;
  • a bunch of leaf celery.

Cut the vegetables into cubes, add water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes over high heat, and then on low until tender.

You can diversify your diet with fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink water and green tea without sugar.

Tomato-milk

The list of products in this express diet is quite limited: tomatoes, their juice, milk (1.5% fat) and low-fat cottage cheese. Juice, as in previous diets, is better to prepare at home, do not add salt and allow a high pulp content. Many versions of this diet allow the use of tomato paste, but you need to understand that tomato paste is a product containing additives for long-term storage, which makes its use for these purposes less desirable.

You need to be careful when following such a diet and clearly maintain time intervals of at least three hours between consuming tomatoes and dairy products, since such mixing can lead to active fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract with all the ensuing consequences in the form of heartburn, dyspepsia, increased gas formation, etc. To The diet was successful, you should use only fully ripe fruits, brown ones should be excluded.

If you feel very hungry, you can snack on fresh vegetables, preferably carrots or cucumbers.

When following the tomato-milk diet, it is strictly forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages. If you have to drink alcohol, you need to stop the diet at least 24 hours in advance.

There are two options for a tomato-milk diet for weight loss: a three-day diet and a seven-day diet.

Three-day option

It is tougher and is often equated to fasting days. Allows you to cleanse the body of toxins and correct weight in the shortest possible time.

  • Breakfast: a glass of milk (1.5%) or tomato juice.
  • Lunch: 200 g of fresh tomatoes or low-fat cottage cheese.

Recipe for milk and tomato soup

Crush a kilogram of tomatoes, after removing the skin, heat them together with a glass of milk and 0.5 cups of water. When the mixture becomes warm, add 200 g of Gorgonzola cheese, garlic, onion, basil - to taste. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Do not add salt.

Due to the combination of milk and tomatoes, the soup has a very short shelf life, so it is best to cook it before eating and eat it warm. You should know that most of the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in the pulp are lost during heat treatment, which negatively affects the nutritional value of the product.

Another type of tomato-milk diet is called fasting days based on tomato and milk. The principle is this: you need to alternate days of taking basic foods and losing weight. On the first day, 1 liter of milk is drunk, on the second day, 2 kg of tomatoes are eaten. Do not be afraid of a “violent” stomach reaction due to the combination of these two ingredients, since the time between their doses will be quite sufficient for digestion. As a result, you can lose weight by losing up to 1 kg per day.

Tomato-apple

Another modification of the tomato diet, but with the use of a second component – ​​an apple. It is based on the active consumption of fiber, which, in addition to losing weight, causes a decrease in intestinal sludge. One day you should eat exclusively tomatoes, without limiting your consumption, and the next - 2-3 kg of apples (preferably unpeeled). If it is difficult to cope with the growing feeling of hunger, then for an afternoon snack you can allow yourself a handful of dried fruits, such as raisins, dried apricots, figs or prunes (not smoked). You should expose your body to such a diet for no longer than four days (it is usually recommended to limit it to two), since it contains strict restrictions that are not permissible for long-term use. Weight loss when losing weight on this type of diet is about 1 kg per day.

Tomato juice and eggs

This diet is presented in two versions: three-day and seven-day.

The essence of the three-day diet is to eat eggs daily: one is eaten in the morning, two for lunch and one for dinner. In addition to eggs, you need to consume 4.5 kg of fresh tomatoes in three days, dividing them proportionally into equal portions throughout the day.

The weekly option is less strict and provides a greater variety of foods in the diet. The basic rule is to end every meal with tomatoes. An approximate daily menu should look like this:

  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese.

On tomato and crab sticks

The use of this type, which has proven itself to be a highly effective method for losing weight, is used as weekly fasting days. It is imperative to pay attention to the composition of crab sticks: surimi fillet should be listed first in the list of ingredients - this guarantees the low calorie content of the product and high quality, which ensures that the body receives the required amount of protein. If this component is listed second and further from the beginning of the list, then you should refuse the purchase.

Adhering to this diet, you need to eat 200 g of crab sticks and drink 1 liter of tomato juice per day.

Fruit salad
