The greatest intensity of weight loss should be expected in the first three to four days. In the future, the weight loss process will slow down, but will not stop. It is not recommended to carry out a weight loss course for more than a week due to the imbalance and extremely low calorie content of the diet.

Diet for a diet for 7 days

When choosing the following method of losing weight, you can usually lose up to 5 kg in a week. This diet is considered more gentle and includes the following set of products:
