- Glycerin suppositories - preferably with caution and in extreme cases, although I myself managed to use it for 3 days in a row ((((Watch your tone and be more careful in the first trimester)

— An ordinary enema, but again, watch your tone!

- Preparations containing iron are very strong, so if possible, they should be excluded.

- eating cabbage both in pure form and in stewed form. Preferably daily. It gives me bloating and flatulence, but it saves many) Or they advise replacing it with Chinese cabbage.

— despite the fact that I wrote about walking, I’ll add about the “bicycle” exercise and massage the belly clockwise

- magnesium preparations, any, such as Magne B6, Magnelis B6, Magnesium Verla, Donat mineral water

- they also advised the use of seeds, I will also add here the use of vegetable oil, who can - a spoon in the morning on an empty stomach, someone smeared butter on bread and sprinkled it with salt to make it tastier =)
