  2. Reduces appetite. The alkaloid activates neurons that regulate feelings of hunger and satiety. Adding 1 g of spice to your daily diet reduces the desire to eat salty, sweet or fatty foods.
  3. Removes excess water and salts. The thirst that occurs when eating chili provokes a person to drink more. The liquid is quickly removed from the body along with harmful substances.

  6. Saturday. In the morning drink 1 tbsp. coconut milk. For lunch they eat tomato soup with chili or baked eggplant with garlic. In the evening they cook the fish in the oven.
  7. Sunday. They have breakfast with oatmeal with berries. For lunch, allow yourself borscht and stewed vegetables seasoned with pepper. They dine on boiled shrimp with herbs.

Daily meals include 5 meals. Suitable snacks include citrus fruits, green apples, kiwi, berries, nuts, boiled eggs, and seafood salad. Food can be replaced with kefir or green tea with a pinch of chili. Dinner takes place 3 hours before bedtime. In combination with regular exercise, you can get rid of 4-7 kg in 2 weeks.

How to add spice correctly to lose weight and not gain weight?

Many who have already read the title of the article will want to argue that pepper should not be used for weight loss.

The main thing is to use it correctly! But this does not mean peppering everything so that you won’t be able to eat the food.

Cayenne pepper cannot be sprinkled on salads, fatty soups and kharcho and eaten right away.   • 0.5 tsp. dried thyme, marjoram, rosemary, chili pepper;
  • 1 tsp each paprika and salt;
  • a little fresh basil, cilantro, parsley.


Tomato soup with red pepper is a low-calorie dietary dish.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil in a saucepan until transparent. Peel the tomatoes, cut the pulp into cubes and add to the onion. The mass is cooked over low heat. The stems of the greenery are cut off and placed in the mixture for 10 minutes. The remaining greens are finely chopped and spices are added. Boil the soup for 5 minutes. Then the tomatoes are crushed in a blender to a puree consistency. Pour chicken broth into the mixture and add salt. After boiling, the soup is set aside.

With kefir

Pour 0.5 tsp into the liquid. rosehip syrup and juice of half a lemon. To lose weight, drink the tincture three times a day, half a cup.

Ground chili (0.5 tsp) is poured into 100 ml of boiling water. When the mixture has cooled, pour in a similar amount of chamomile decoction. The liquid is infused for 10 minutes. It is filtered before use. The recommended dose is 1/3 glass before each meal.

Since this nutritional system is aimed at improving the health of the body, you should drink 200 grams of ordinary boiled, hot water at night. The procedure will help cleanse the body daily and prevent the deposition of fats after digestion of food.

The Bulgarian diet also has a number of strict rules that should be followed to more effectively, easily and quickly achieve the desired result:

  1. The diet menu is designed for 2 weeks. It is not recommended to extend it on your own, and before following it you should consult a nutritionist.
