  • baking powder - 10 g
  • vanillin - 1 g
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • salt 1 pinch
  • apples - 1.2 kg
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 100 g

How to cook:

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, semolina, vanillin, cinnamon.
  2. Cut the peeled apples into halves and grate them on a coarse grater.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Place parchment paper on the bottom of the collapsible container.
  5. Grate butter (about 40 g) onto paper.
  6. Divide the dry mixture into 4 parts: 3 equal parts, about 5 tablespoons and one smaller one. Pour one part of the mixture onto the butter and smooth it out. Then add apples.
  7. Continue laying out alternately - apples - mixture and apples again. The last one will be the smaller dry mixture.
  8. Grate butter on top and bake at 170° for 60 minutes.
  9. After an hour, turn off the oven, but do not remove the cake. Then open the oven and let the cake cool in the oven.
  10. When the cake has cooled, sprinkle it with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Buns with poppy seeds - PP recipe

Poppy lovers can always make simple and delicious poppy seed buns. You need to take the following ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese. Again, take low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 1 egg.
  • a pinch of baking powder.
  • Natural sweetener to suit your taste.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Poppy.

Mix all ingredients except poppy seeds. Form buns or thick rings and sprinkle generously with poppy seeds. Just 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees and the buns are ready!

Diet buns

Super simple and low calorie recipe for those who adhere to proper nutrition:

  • 180 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 1 egg.
  • a pinch of salt.
  • 85 grams whole grain flour.
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder.
  • You can add herbs if desired - Provençal or Italian.

Combine all ingredients and form balls with wet hands. 35 minutes at 180 degrees - and the low-calorie buns are ready!
