You can use any mushrooms, or you can do without them at all. You can also make oatmeal soup with turkey or chicken broth, but we offer a leaner and lighter option. At the end of cooking, a generous handful of chopped herbs is certainly added to the soup. You need to take your favorite oatmeal. So, we suggest going to the kitchen and cooking an unusual soup for lunch.
- Oatmeal 2 tbsp.
- Water 1.5 l
- Potatoes 2 pcs
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Champignons 3 pcs
- Butter 30 g
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper 0.3 tsp.

We peel the zucchini, regardless of the tenderness of the skin, and cut it into cubes up to two centimeters in size. We cut the potatoes exactly the same way, but the carrots will have to be chopped twice as fine.
Step 2:
Turn on the second burner to maximum and place a steel frying pan on it. Heat the oil hotter, sauté the carrots on it and add equally finely chopped onions to it. While the vegetables are fried, remove the seeds from the pepper and wash it, cut it into centimeter squares, put it in a frying pan and simmer for up to five minutes.
Step 3:
Don’t miss the moment when the water boils in the pan, immediately lower the potatoes into it. Boil it until half cooked and add the zucchini, add green peas. Boil the potatoes until the potatoes are ready, then add the fried potatoes to the soup and add salt, pepper and bay leaves.
Step 4:
