Vegetable diet - menu for the day

A vegetable diet includes fresh vegetables and fruits. Use this diet no more than once a year. The length of time you follow the diet will depend on how much weight you want to lose, your patience and willpower.

Food:

  1. Fresh vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, pumpkin, bell peppers, cabbage, green beans) – 1.5 kg. per day.
  2. Unsweetened fruits (apple, peaches) – 2 pcs. per day.
  3. Fat-free milk, fermented milk products (cottage cheese, kefir, sugar-free yogurt) – 200 g.
  4. Cereals (corn or oatmeal) – a large portion, once a day.
  5. Bread (grain, rye) – 2 pieces per day.

Salads are made from vegetables, seasoned with dietary sour cream or vegetable oil. In between meals, it is recommended to drink water and green tea without sugar.

Breakfast. Oatmeal with water or skim milk. Dinner. Vegetable puree soup. Afternoon snack. Apple. Dinner. Vegetable salad, 2 slices of bread.

Salt-free diet Pugacheva

The diet is useful not only for those who want to lose weight, but also for people suffering from kidney disease. Complete rejection of salt and spices is the main, but not the only rule:

  • exclude fatty foods;
  • steam or boil foods, but do not fry or eat smoked foods;
  • the basis of nutrition is soups and stews;
  • eat more fresh berries and fruits;
  • For dinner, drink natural yogurt.

The diet involves split meals: 4-6 times a day. The total weight of a serving is limited to 200 g.

  • Low-fat fermented milk products: kefir, cottage cheese, yogurt.

  • Guided by the rules of a healthy diet, it is better to eat whole grain and unprocessed porridge as an independent dish, and as a side dish for protein dishes. The possibility of consuming cereals is decided individually - during intensive weight loss, they are limited or excluded, and in the weight maintenance mode they are introduced once a day in the first half of the day.

Author's diet "USSR"

Pugacheva compiled a diet with this name in 2015. The name is not “Union of Soviet Socialist Republics” at all, but a summary of the principles:

  • sweet;
  • butter;
  • salty;
  • fasting day.

During fasting days, which are held once a week, they eat only vegetable soups and fresh fruits. Not everyone can immediately give up baked goods, sweets and salty foods; you can switch to such a system gradually. If you break your diet (for example, by eating a cake), you should arrange an additional fasting day.

Unlike Alla Borisovna’s other diets, this system can be followed for a long time and even permanently.

General recommendations

The nutritional systems (except for the “USSR”) that Alla Pugacheva used are among the radical diets; their use requires certain precautions. You need to follow such a diet for 7-14 days, no more, while simultaneously taking a vitamin complex.

Activated carbon is used as an additional remedy at the rate of 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight. This amount is distributed evenly throughout the day, taking one hour before each meal.

Diva diets are contraindicated for some people:

  • pregnant women;
  • nursing mothers;
  • children and teenagers;
  • people suffering from diseases of the digestive and cardiovascular systems, and blood pressure disorders.

Even a healthy person should consult a doctor before following such radical diets.

Fish diet - daily menu

This diet includes a protein product – fish. As in other diets of Alla Pugacheva, the calorie content of the fish diet is low. Fish contains a lot of omega3, omega6, omega9 polyunsaturated acids. Source of minerals, magnesium, iron, calcium. This diet is easy to follow because you don’t feel hungry.

Diet:

  • Breakfast . Fruits and a cup of coffee.
  • Dinner . Baked or steamed fish.

Pugachev's rebellion: how Alla Pugacheva took revenge for Soviet women

The phenomenon of her popularity can be explained by the fact that, as RIA Novosti columnist Yuri Bogomolov writes, she showed the Soviet mass public the image of a Woman - the Mistress of her Position, her Destiny. For this, millions of Soviet citizens fell in love with her, and especially women citizens who met her at concert halls with homemade signs: “Alla, avenge us!”

She was sometimes wise and mature, sometimes spontaneous and funny, sometimes sharp and extravagant - and not only on stage. Alla Pugacheva never went into her pocket for a word and never made friends with anyone. For this, as the BBC writes, one of the musicians who performed with Alla Pugacheva called her “the first free woman in the USSR.”

For example, in April 1981, the top leaders of Kazakhstan came to her Pugacheva concert in Almaty. High-ranking spectators were late and, halfway through the song, began noisily making their way to their seats in the front rows.

The singer fell silent, paused and, amid the laughter of the audience, addressed them through the microphone: “Hello, dears! Make yourself comfortable, I'll wait. Are you seated? Can I continue? Thanks a lot!".

Then an official document about “the outrageous actions of A. Pugacheva” was sent to the culture department of the CPSU Central Committee, but they did not stir up a scandal in Moscow. The matter was limited to an educational conversation at Rosconcert. Pugacheva’s fans compared this act with the famous escapade of John Lennon, who at a concert in the presence of the royal family invited “the audience in the gallery to applaud and everyone else to jingle their diamonds.”

Around the same time, the singer was invited to perform at a concert in the Central House of the Soviet Army in honor of the military delegations of the Warsaw Pact countries. Having gone on stage and seeing that the multi-star management was not paying attention to her, but continued to drink and snack, Pugacheva sat down on a stool by the piano and began to silently look at the audience.

When the colonel jumped onto the stage and shouted, “Come on, get to work,” she stood up and announced: “The song “The Reeds Made a Noisy” will now be performed by that general over there!” Chew and sing, and I’ll listen!” She came down from the stage, sat down at the table with the Hungarian delegation and knocked back her glass.

“Singer Pugacheva will leave the stage, but the time will come for another Alla Pugacheva, who has Radio Alla, theater and film activities,” she said.

In addition, the singer is going to write a book of her memories. “At some point, all my ex-husbands suddenly began writing memoirs about me. I’ll probably have to somehow respond to how they imagine life with me. I really didn’t want this, but I’ll gather my courage and do it anyway,” Pugacheva said.
