"System minus 60. Revolution"

Now switching to the “Minus 60” system and losing weight using it has become easier and more convenient than ever. A completely updated book, taking into account the past five years, contains answers to current questions, a revised psychological part and an updated set of exercises. And, of course, the book contains new success stories of those whom the system helped to achieve the figure of their dreams.

"Man and woman. Minus 60 relationship problems"

Significant changes have occurred in the life of Ekaterina Mirimanova over the past year. Experiencing her last breakup, Catherine seriously thought about the reasons for what was happening in her life, as well as how to build relationships with men so that they would not bring pain and disappointment, but joy and happiness. It was the discoveries made in the process of writing the book that helped her find love and build a harmonious, happy relationship.

“System minus 60. I am a foodaholic”

Ekaterina Mirimanova’s new book is dedicated to the problem of “eating addiction” - food addiction, which actually affects a huge number of people. In it, Ekaterina summarized her experience of overcoming food addiction and the experience of helping thousands of food addicts, brought all the principles and know-how into a coherent system and offers to use it to finally step into a new life, free from addictions and fears, slim and healthy.

“System minus 60, or My magical weight loss”

The special “Minus 60” system developed by Ekaterina turned out to be so effective that she wanted to share her experience with others who want to gain a slim figure. Following this system will not require enormous effort from you. The book contains only those recommendations that you are able to implement: both physically and mentally. The main thing is to want to change yourself and your life, and the result will surprise both those around you and yourself.

Introduction

A few words about why I wrote this book

Probably the first question that arises for those who open this book is where did this name come from? Of course, I could create another author’s system - for example, “Mirimanovskaya” - but it seems to me that this is somewhat banal. How many of these are there in the world? I didn’t want to promise that you would lose weight easily, effortlessly, once and for all, because once upon a time I was also looking for books about losing weight, and such statements made me nothing more than smile. Then I decided to give the system a name directly related to reality, no matter how incredible it may seem.

I lost quite a lot of weight - 60 kg and did it without using any unnatural methods. And I believe that you and any other woman can repeat my success and lose those hated pounds. That’s why I called my weight loss system “Minus 60”. It doesn’t matter whether you need such serious results or you dream of losing only 5 kg, the key word here is “minus”. And if you follow the advice in the book, you will improve your subtraction skills as your weight begins to drop with enviable regularity.

This system is different in many ways from those you have already read or heard about. I think it’s no secret that most books on dietetics and weight loss are written by men. Either this is due to the fact that among the stronger sex there are more venerable doctors of science, or due to the fact that they more often achieve their goal and complete the publication of books. However, the fact remains: Paul Bragg, Montignac, Atkins, Protasov - and these are the authors of the most famous personalized diets of our time. The first difference between my book and other similar books is that it was written by a woman.

However, it’s one thing to study the theory, perhaps even try some kind of diet on your own – male – body. It’s quite another to go through it yourself, to feel all the pain you experience when you realize that you don’t look the same as before. In essence, it is not so difficult to eat right as it is difficult to rebuild yourself in the right way, cast aside all doubts and begin to consistently achieve your goal. So, the second difference between this book and others is that I myself went through everything that I describe and recommend. I know what difficulties you may face and how you will feel at certain moments.

When I was just thinking about losing weight, I began to become interested in the latest advances in this area. I looked through all the Internet resources in search of the necessary information, but I never found anything fundamentally new. My friends were constantly on some very strict diets like “cucumber on Monday, tomato on Tuesday, cremation on Wednesday.” At one time, I also fasted for weeks, but as soon as I began to eat properly again, my weight increased at an incredible speed and ultimately exceeded my previous levels. My friends who wanted to lose weight were constantly in search of the optimal diet, because any restrictions quickly tire. Even the vaunted “Weight Watchers” and “Kremlevki” (the benefits of which, in spite of everything, I doubt) imply restrictions on carbohydrates, juices, and so on. I'm not talking about counting calories, with which you can become a real neurasthenic! I have nothing against looking at the product label before purchasing and perhaps taking another one with less fat/calorie content. After all, finding an almost identical, but lower calorie product is quite easy. But in order to keep within a certain amount of calories, while weighing the food!.. This is quite difficult in that you need to constantly check the table in search of what else you could afford today. I am against putting the body under additional stress. We often get nervous over trifles. The third difference in my book is that I have tried to reduce to a minimum the amount of effort you will have to make to follow my system.

There is another category of publications related to the topic of weight loss. They usually start like this: “You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight.” However, when you open the book, you see that not everything is actually allowed; moreover, you will probably find recipes for dishes that are recommended to be consumed. And most likely, it will be something like “baked salmon tail with artichokes and béchamel sauce.” Let's face it: a modern woman, raising even one child, does not have the time or desire to indulge in culinary delights every day. And the recommended products cannot always be found in Russian supermarkets. This book provides recommendations that you can implement. At the same time, you will not find specific recipes here, since you have every right to eat the foods you prefer, just in a slightly different system than you are used to.

My system also implies a new attitude not only towards oneself, but also towards life in general. Without this, you are unlikely to fully realize your mistakes and be able to maintain normal weight. Modern people have so forgotten how to listen to themselves - they are always in a hurry, busy doing a huge number of necessary and not so important things - that they do not perceive their inner voice. Thus, from a completely natural satisfaction of hunger, food consumption turns into a bad habit, leading to irreversible external and internal changes. The woman eats more and more and becomes fatter. Chronic pain and illness appear, your health becomes worse and worse, you try to break this vicious circle, but you can’t, you try again and fail again. The hope that something can be changed is fading every day. Eventually you just give up. Although, in order for things to move forward, you just need to look at some problems from a different angle and make small adjustments to your daily habits.

System minus 60. I am a foodaholic

Introduction

If you have opened this book, I have bad news for you: you are a foodaholic.

What does it mean? Like an alcoholic dependent on strong drinks, a foodaholic is a person who is completely dependent on food and finds in it peace, joy and the meaning he lacks in life.

Even if you are now desperately shaking your head and trying to brush off my words, think about this. Most likely, you have already gone on a diet several times, promised yourself to change your life, but each time you returned to the same weight at which you started, or, even worse, “went into the black.”

Why is this happening? In this book I will tell you about this in detail. In short, food addiction is as serious and life-threatening a problem as drug addiction or alcoholism, but for various reasons less publicized. Judge for yourself, who benefits from you stopping buying food? That's right, no one. Farmers and food corporations make money from you, the government also does not lose money, doctors later treat you and again earn money, pharmaceutical companies make even more money, and, finally, nutritionists and manufacturers of dietary supplements, in turn, happily rub their hands. The real food cycle in nature. Which cannot be broken. Or is it possible?

How to wake up and start consciously losing weight? How to get rid of addiction to food, stop using it to relieve stress and eating disorders, how to learn to look for other ways to please yourself? How not to replace one addiction with another? After all, it’s no secret that if alcoholics, for example, are taken away from alcohol, they replace this previously habitual way of relaxing with smoking, food, or even drugs. The same thing happens with foodaholics.

So, how to solve the problem of losing weight once and for all? I will talk about this in my book. I really know what I’m talking about, because I myself overcame food addiction. And helped millions of people gain control over themselves. Every month I communicate with thousands of people on my webinars and watch them lose weight and give recommendations. No nutritionist can boast such a wide audience. I don’t help fight the consequences (excess weight, uncontrollable obesity, shortness of breath, etc.), I work with the root causes. Because trying to get rid of excess weight through diet and exercise alone is like trying to get rid of gangrene by applying iodine to the affected limb. The work must begin from within, and very powerfully. And right from today. The longer you wait, the stronger you trigger your “disease” and the worse its consequences.

Get started today, and you will have every chance to get rid of addiction and step into a new life, free from fears and temptations, slim and healthy.

Chapter 1

Why am I so sure that you are a foodaholic?

Let's face the harsh truth. All this talk in favor of the poor that obesity is hereditary or that it comes from poor nutrition is hopelessly outdated. If you are overweight, you have most likely been on a diet. And what did this lead to? To weight loss, if it happened at all, and the subsequent gain of what was lost and even gaining even more weight. Why is this happening? Why don't diets work or work, but for a very short time?

I'll tell you the terrible truth. You are a foodaholic. “What nonsense,” you wave it off. Not at all.

Don’t be lazy, read the following excerpts from the works of Gennady Andreevich Shichko, a candidate of biological sciences, a researcher at the Institute of Experimental Medicine of the USSR Ministry of Health, who devoted his scientific and medical activities to the problems of getting rid of alcoholism and other addictions.

“Some alcoholics told me during the first conversation: “Being a teetotaler means burning with shame in companies and joining the ranks of inferior men.” Such statements indicate a deformation of the consciousness of their authors. Periodically taking poison, poisoning yourself with it, mutilating your soul and body with your own hands and for your own money, which is also considerable, is considered a normal, worthy activity, and refusing it is shameful!

Drinking belief is a person’s confidence that drinking alcohol is a natural, justified and even inevitable activity in our lives. It seems to force a person to drink alcohol, treat others to it, and voluntarily engage in pro-alcohol propaganda and agitation. The essence of the drinking belief is to justify drinking alcohol.
