The “9 days” diet is a nutrition system that is divided into 3 stages, each lasting 3 days. During your cycle, you can only eat one type of food and drink a certain amount of liquid.

Thanks to this diet, many stars and celebrities have lost weight, because the diet developed by Koroleva is so effective and efficient that after just 9 days you literally won’t recognize yourself in the mirror. It's also great for those who don't have too much time to diet.

Principles of the 9 Day Diet

Before you start a diet, you should definitely familiarize yourself with its rules and principles. The nine-day weight loss system has the following features:

  1. Meals should be frequent, but in small portions, and the meals themselves should be separate. You can no longer eat 2-3 hours before bedtime, and if you feel hungry, drink water or green tea without sugar. The largest amount of food should be eaten for breakfast.
  2. You need to drink at least 3 liters of pure still water per day. In addition to it, you can drink green tea, freshly squeezed juice or coffee. Before each meal you need to drink half a glass of water, but you should not wash it down with food.
  3. It is imperative to follow a mono-diet and eat only those foods that are allowed in each stage.
  4. A complete ban on fried and fatty foods. All food should only be steamed, boiled, stewed or baked.
  5. Animal fats should be replaced with vegetable fats and flaxseed, olive and sesame oils should be introduced into the diet. Margarita Koroleva advises drinking any multivitamin complex and a teaspoon of flaxseed oil on an empty stomach. Oil on an empty stomach is an excellent remedy for improving skin condition and normalizing hormonal levels.

Principles

The mono-kefir diet is considered the most effective, when for three days you should consume only 1.5 liters of kefir (1%) per day in 6 doses. Appointments should be distributed over equal periods of time. A strict, single-food diet allows the inclusion of several sweet vegetables (pumpkin) in the diet. Within 5 days, such a diet allows you to reduce weight by 3 kg and cleanse the body. With this diet option, it is likely that you will develop a dislike for kefir. Getting out of such a scheme is also not easy. This option is suitable only for people who have high tone and a healthy digestive system (may cause indigestion).

That is why you should consult a nutritionist before starting a diet and unload the body with kefir in more gentle ways. There are different kefir diets, more high in calories, when you can add meat and fish (without salt and spices) to kefir. Such options for the kefir diet are more approved by nutritionists, since the body only benefits as a result of the chosen diet.

A proper kefir diet is aimed at cleansing the body, removing waste, toxins and restoring intestinal microflora. The diet helps you lose belly fat. A seven-day diet on kefir with vegetables is considered more effective for losing belly fat (the daily diet includes vegetables and kefir). If during the diet you do a set of exercises designed for the abs and abdominal muscles, the result will be excellent.

The kefir diet requires preliminary preparation. A few days before starting a special diet plan, you should clear the menu of unhealthy and indigestible foods. Every day you need to drink at least 2 liters of water.

The result depends on the type of kefir diet chosen and its duration. If you follow a strict three-day diet, weight can decrease from 1 to 3 kg. A weekly diet allows you to get rid of 5 kg of excess weight.

Nutritionists advise sticking to a three-day mono-diet for no more than 3 days, since prolonged adherence to such a diet may not be harmless to the body.

A nutritional system that includes two products (for example, kefir and cottage cheese or kefir and some vegetable) can be continued for up to 7 days.

For a long-term diet, specially designed options are suitable, for example, the buckwheat-kefir diet. During the 30-day period, dinner can be replaced by taking a fermented milk product.

The kefir diet can be varied with cottage cheese, provided that its amount should be less than the amount of the main product. It is allowed to add chopped herbs, a pinch of cinnamon, chocolate chips with a cocoa content of 85% to the lactic acid product. During the diet, you are not allowed to drink kefir with additives such as honey, sugar, jam.

Rice stage

It’s not at all strange that Margarita Koroleva chose this cereal for the first stage of her diet. Rice contains substances that gently coat the walls of the stomach and do not irritate them. Rice porridge perfectly cleanses the body, which helps prepare it for the next stages.

To prepare rice for the whole day, soak 250 g of cereal in water in the evening, and in the morning add water in a ratio of 1: 2 and cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked. Then divide the porridge into 5-6 parts and eat them throughout the day. The last portion should be eaten before 20:00. Also, between meals, drink plenty of water and eat 3 tsp. honey a day.

Kefir recipes

If you use your imagination, you can prepare various tasty and healthy kefir dishes that will become your favorite treat even after the diet.

Kefir and raspberry dessert

To 400 ml of low-fat kefir add the yolks of 4 eggs, 4 tbsp. l. sugar, grated lemon zest, pre-whipped mixture of 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. L. Gelatin and egg whites. The resulting mass is mixed well, poured into molds and placed in the refrigerator. Before use, decorate with raspberries.

Kefir soup

You need 600 ml of kefir and 250 ml of milk, fresh cucumber and lemon, 10 olives, a bunch of dill, 1 clove of garlic, ground black pepper to taste.

Peeled cucumbers are cut into small cubes, dill is chopped finely. Pepper, lemon juice and vegetable seasoning are added to kefir mixed with milk. Add a crushed clove of garlic, a slice of lemon and chopped olives to the soup. Kefir soup is eaten cold.

Okroshka

Diced chicken breast, boiled egg, fresh cucumber, dill and parsley should be mixed well, add a pinch of salt and pour in kefir.

Apples with kefir

Apples are cut into slices, sprinkled with cinnamon and baked in the microwave for 3 minutes. Ready apples are washed down with kefir.

Kefir and fruit cocktail

A glass of kefir, half a banana and a handful of berries are mixed in a blender, adding cinnamon. This cocktail can replace lunch.

Vinaigrette with kefir

Boiled beets and pickled cucumbers are cut into cubes, finely chopped greens are added and seasoned with kefir.

Spinach in kefir dressing

Add chopped boiled egg, dill, a pinch of salt to chopped spinach, mix, season with kefir.

Chicken stage

The second nutrition cycle of the nine-day diet consists of pure proteins. Chicken and lean white fish are ideal as the main allowed foods. Their meat is not only tender and low in calories, but also contains a minimal amount of fat and cholesterol.

In the evening, boil a whole chicken or fish, be sure to remove the skin and divide it into 5-6 parts, which you will eat all day. In the same way as in the first three days, you need to drink at least 3 liters of water between meals and eat 3 tsp. honey. You can also add a little parsley and a couple of drops of lemon juice to the fish for each serving. Please note that the last meal should be no later than 19:00.

Various nutrition systems are offered for the kefir diet. You can combine kefir with different fruits, cereals and vegetables.

For 3 days

The three-day diet is an effective way to lose weight in a short period of time, before any important event. The nutritional plan for three days of the kefir diet consists of taking 1.5 liters of kefir daily, divided into 6 doses. It is allowed to use only kefir and clean water. The fermented milk product should be low-fat or low-fat.

This diet is also recommended for the purpose of unloading the body after festive feasts. Three days of a kefir diet will help cleanse the body of toxins and accumulated harmful elements, normalize the functioning of the liver and other organ systems.

A strict mono-diet allows you to lose at least 3 kg of weight in three days. However, such a scheme is prohibited if there are pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, or cardiovascular system. The use of such a diet is also prohibited for minors.

For 5 days

This 5-day diet option is more gentle than a 3-day diet. You are supposed to eat eight times a day. The daily diet includes:

  • 1.5 liters of kefir;
  • 2 apples;
  • 5 prunes;
  • Baked or raw vegetables.

It is allowed to consume products in any order, in any combination. It is important that the amount of vegetables used does not exceed 1 kg. This nutrition system allows you to lose from 5 to 10 kg of weight in five days.

For a week (7 days)

The weekly diet is quite demanding and strict, it has certain restrictions for a certain group of people. This system is not allowed for stomach diseases, especially if there is a problem with high acidity. A weekly diet is not recommended if a person has pathologies of the digestive tract (flatulence, diarrhea), and this option is not allowed for pancreatitis. If there are no health problems, a 7-day diet helps to lose weight and normalize the digestion process. The menu for a period of 7 days should include 1.5 liters of kefir with the addition of certain products on each day:

  1. 1 day 4 potatoes are added to the menu;
  2. On day 2 – 150 g of poultry meat;
  3. On the third day - 200 g of veal;
  4. On day 4, it is necessary to introduce fish (150 g) into the diet;
  5. Fifth day - add 1 kg of apples or a vegetable salad of your choice to the menu (can be cabbage, cucumbers with celery, tomatoes with bell peppers);
  6. In the last (6 and 7) days, kefir and water are recommended.

Meat, fish and potatoes are used boiled. As a result of a 7-day diet, you can lose about 5 kg of excess weight.

Many people, wanting to lose more weight during a weekly diet, choose a more strict option. This scheme involves using 1.5 liters of kefir and 1 kg of apples per day, and drinking still water. If you combine the diet with a certain amount of physical activity, you can lose up to 10 kg in a week. However, such a diet is often not recommended even for a healthy person, and for people with chronic diseases, minors and pregnant women, such a diet is strictly prohibited.

For 9 days

The diet is based on the consumption of kefir and apples according to a special scheme. It is a fairly strict diet.

  • For days 1–3, only kefir with a fat content of no more than 2% is consumed. The amount of product used must correspond to the appetite of the recipient, so that the feeling of hunger does not bother him, basically this is about 2 liters of fermented milk product. Kefir should be combined with still water.
  • On days 4–6, foods of your choice are added to the diet. It is allowed to include fruits, vegetables, and meat (no more than 100 g) in the daily menu. Everyone can choose a suitable scheme, with products that are more optimal for their health - supplements. The chosen regimen is followed for three days.
  • Days 7 – 9 start taking kefir and water again.

The effectiveness of such a diet is high; if you strictly follow the nutritional system, you can lose 10 kg of weight in 9 days.

For 10 days

The ten-day menu looks like this:

  • You need to consume 1 kefir and green tea, in unlimited quantities;
  • Add 4 boiled potatoes to 0.5 liters of kefir;
  • It is recommended to use 0.5 liters of fermented milk products and cottage cheese per day (two packs of 0.25 kg, low-fat);
  • It is intended to take 0.5 liters of kefir along with fruit of your choice;
  • The menu includes half a liter of kefir and 500 g of chicken breast;
  • The menu of the 4th day should be repeated;
  • Take only still water;
  • Repeat the diet of the 4th day;
  • Drink 0.5 liters of kefir per day;
  • The menu consists of 0.5 liters of kefir and fresh apples.

This nutritional system limits the calories of food consumed, which may result in a lack of nutrients in the body. Within 10 days you can reduce your weight by 10 kg.

For 14 days

A two-week diet allows you to lose 10 kg. The daily menu for this version of the kefir diet includes:

  1. The first day - vegetables and fruits without limiting the quantity, 3 hard-boiled eggs;
  2. Second day - 500 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream, half a liter of kefir;
  3. Third day – unlimited amount of vegetables and fruits, 1 liter of fruit juice, 1 liter of kefir;
  4. Fourth day - 500 g of boiled poultry, 1 liter of kefir;
  5. Fifth day – raw vegetables and fruits, in any combinations (salads, purees);
  6. Sixth day - 500 g of cottage cheese with sour cream, a liter of kefir;
  7. Seventh day – unlimited vegetables and fruits and half a liter of kefir;
  8. Eighth day – 250 g of lean meat, 1 egg, fresh vegetable salad, half a liter of kefir;
  9. Ninth day - 200 g of boiled veal, 1 egg, vegetable salad, half a liter of kefir;
  10. Tenth day - 150 g of boiled fish, 50 g of rye bread, vegetable salad and half a liter of kefir;
  11. Eleventh day – 150 g of boiled rabbit meat, 70 g of rye bread, vegetable salad, 500 ml of kefir;
  12. Twelfth day – raw vegetables and fruits without limiting quantity, 1 liter of kefir;
  13. Thirteenth day – 250 g of boiled poultry, fresh vegetable salad, 2 eggs;
  14. Last day - 400 g of boiled potatoes, fruit and 1 liter of kefir.

During the 14-day diet, it is recommended to drink mineral water and green tea

For 21 days

This diet plan was developed by the Institute of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and is gentle. This nutrition system allows you to lose weight up to 10 kg in 3 weeks. Excess weight decreases smoothly; the principle of 21-day nutrition does not imply a clear daily menu. It is important to comply with certain requirements:

  1. Drink 1 liter of kefir every day;
  2. The amount of liquid consumed (except kefir) should be at least 1.5 liters;
  3. The amount of salt should be limited; only prepared foods are allowed to be salted;
  4. You need to use vegetable fats;
  5. Bread, sweets and fats should be excluded from the diet.

The essence of the three-week diet is to eat low-calorie foods.

For a month (30 days)

Strict adherence to a diet for a month is not harmless to health. Experts recommend simply extending the diet for 21 days or using the “strip diet”. This diet involves taking kefir one day, and the next day you can eat regular food. This scheme can be used for a period of 30 days without causing harm to the body, since the consumption of vitamins and essential elements is not limited.

Vegetable stage

The last stage of the diet is the most productive in terms of weight loss. Vegetables will not only ensure rapid weight loss, but also strengthen the immune system, saturate the body with vitamins, give energy, strength and remove harmful toxins.

You need to eat from 800 g to 1 kg of vegetables per day. You can use both fresh and frozen fruits. According to your diet, you can boil them, stew them, use them as ingredients for salads, or simply eat them raw. You should not eat pickled, salted or spicy vegetables at the final stage, and the largest portion should be eaten for breakfast.

Who is the 9-day diet contraindicated for?

You should not try the diet if:

  • you are under 18 years old
  • You are pregnant
  • suffer from anemia and low blood pressure
  • are in the lactation period
  • suffer from chronic gastrointestinal diseases
