Soak 100 g of beans in water overnight, then boil until tender. Cut three carrots into slices, an onion, one zucchini and two tomatoes into cubes, two bell peppers into strips. Chop 350 g white cabbage, 200 g turnips, cut 200 g zucchini into cubes, grate two carrots. Combine a few cauliflower florets with the rest of the ingredients. And simmer until done. You can add some green peas, and if you need a more satisfying dish, then a couple of potatoes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.

Ingredients : - one zucchini (about half a kilogram); - 500 grams of lean chicken breast; - 2 large sweet peppers or 3 “swallows”; - two tomatoes; - one onion; - one carrot; - 150 g sour cream; - black pepper (ground); - salt.

Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in a frying pan for a couple of minutes until half cooked. Cut the chicken meat into pieces and fry separately in oil. Grate or finely chop the carrots, cut the onion into half rings and sauté in a small amount of oil. Chop tomatoes and bell peppers. Place all the ingredients of the zucchini stew in a deep frying pan, add salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it brew under the lid for up to 10 minutes. Serve zucchini with chicken and zucchini stew with sour cream.
