The lard diet of Jan Kwasniewski is designed for 10 days, although in some cases it is possible to adhere to its principles for a whole month. During this time, your stomach will have to tolerate a fairly fatty diet. But at the same time, in a little more than a week, you can lose 4-5 kg. Considering the calorie content of the menu, this is an impressive result.

  • Buy 200 g of lard and cut it into 10 equal parts - one piece for each day. Use in the morning, strictly on an empty stomach, about 1-2 hours before breakfast.
  • Every day you can additionally eat 7 chicken eggs, meat, lard, sour cream, and drink milk. Once every 2-3 days, a side dish in the form of potatoes and pasta, as well as wholemeal bread, is allowed, but in small quantities.
  • You will have to give up fiber-rich vegetables and fruits for the entire 10 days.
  • Snacks are allowed during the day, but you can only eat fatty foods.

Important! Salted, baked and smoked lard is not recommended. The best option is frozen. If this is not acceptable for you, a salted lard diet is acceptable. After 10 days of the diet, this fatty product should be abandoned for several months.

Kwasniewski diet
