Combine flour and salt. Pour 150 ml of warm water into the flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough (so that it does not turn out too tight). The finished dough should not stick to your hands, but it should be soft and tender. Then it is covered with film and left (40 - 60 minutes).

Potatoes are peeled and boiled in salted water. Peel and finely chop carrots and onions. Then sauté the vegetables in olive oil for a few minutes.

The boiled potatoes are mashed by adding a little broth in which they were cooked and a little vegetable oil. Combine the potatoes with 2/3 of the sauteing, a small amount of chopped herbs, pepper and salt - to taste.

The dough is rolled out on flour to a thickness of no more than 2-3 mm. Divide the dough into circles. Place potato filling in the middle of each circle and secure the edges.

Delicious Asian dishes, which are also loved by Russian people, are called manti and khinkali. They, like dumplings, are made from minced meat and dough.

Pour 0.5 kg of flour into a bowl or on the table and make a hole. Next, pour a glass of warm water into the center and add salt. To make the dough more elastic, add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Knead the dough and let it sit for half an hour. For minced meat, we take lean meats, pass it through a meat grinder and add a little salt. We make dumplings. Afterwards we either boil or steam them.

Vareniki

For diseases of the intestines, stomach, and pancreas, nutritionists recommend preparing so-called lazy dumplings with cottage cheese or potatoes. You will need the following ingredients:

  • half a kilo of cottage cheese or mashed potatoes;
  • 1 cup flour;
  • two tablespoons of sugar for curd dumplings;
  • one egg;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • salt to taste.

Cottage cheese (potatoes) are rubbed through a sieve. All other ingredients are added to the filling. Knead the dough. Place a pan of water on the fire. For potato dumplings, add some salt to the water.

Roll out the dough into a thin sausage shape and cut into small pieces. Place them in boiling water and reduce the heat. As soon as the dumplings are ready, place the finished dish in a bowl and flavor with low-fat sour cream or butter.

Cut into strips, the width of which will be two and a half centimeters.

Now it's time to cook the dumplings. We cut the resulting strips into pieces in the form of rectangles or triangles and place them on a wooden board sprinkled with flour. Let them dry a little. Should not be frozen.

You can also not roll the layer, but simply divide the dough into several pieces, which we roll into sausages and cut into dumplings. The finished sloths are placed in a double boiler. They cook for fifteen minutes. Served with sour cream.

Can simple dumplings harm your body? Firstly, you should not put a home-cooked dish and store-bought products on the same scale. How is the second different from the first?

  • The dumplings that you buy ready-made in mass market stores contain harmful ingredients that are undesirable for people with a weak stomach.
  • Artificial additives, flavors, dyes and chemicals will all be contained in the product.
