The nutritionist warns everyone who decides to try this diet plan for themselves that it is not intended for global weight loss, but only to lose 2-3 kilograms of excess weight. For people with severe obesity, such a diet is not suitable, as it can harm their moral and physical health.

The base of the dietary table is rice, chicken and vegetables. Thanks to this set, the body will not suffer from a lack of carbohydrates, proteins and plant fiber.

Each stage has its own purpose:

  • Thanks to “rice days,” it is possible to cleanse the body of toxins.
  • During “chicken days” the body is enriched with protein and intensive fat burning.
  • The vegetable stage is designed to reduce the volume of the abdomen, cleanse the intestines and saturate the body with vitamins and beneficial microelements.

The third mono-diet is vegetable

This period lasts from 7 to 9 days. The diet for these three days consists of 500 grams of cooked vegetables and 300 grams of fresh ones. Steam vegetables without salt. It is allowed to extinguish them, but without using oil. It is advisable to eat fresh vegetables as salads with lemon dressing.

  • Breakfast is a must in the diet of a person losing weight.
  • After seven o'clock in the evening, you must refuse to eat any food.
  • The only acceptable heat treatment of food is boiling (steaming).
  • All products must be consumed without adding salt and spices.
  • During the diet, drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
  • Physical activity during this period is allowed, but it must be moderate.

Rules for weight loss

Any diet requires compliance with the rules. In order for a woman to lose weight, it is recommended to drink at least 2.5 liters of water per day. You need to have dinner 2 hours before bedtime. It is recommended to eat food every 3-4 hours. Alcohol must be avoided. First 3-day cycle on rice

Thanks to a three-day diet of rice, you can strengthen your hair and nails, improve the condition of your skin and improve brain performance.

Golden and white rice with long grains is suitable for the diet. You need to prepare rice in advance, that is, on the eve of the day that precedes the start of the diet. To prepare six servings of rice for one day, you will need to take 250 g of grain. It is best to soak the rice overnight, drain the resulting water in the morning, and then start cooking it. If there is no time for pre-soaking, then the cereal must be thoroughly washed, then placed in cold water and put the pan on the fire. After the rice boils, reduce the gas and bring the cereal until cooked. The proportions of water and rice are 2 to 1, the average cooking time is 15 minutes.

During cooking, you should not add salt to the rice or add any spices to it. The resulting volume of rice is divided into 6 equal portions and eaten throughout the day. The last portion of rice should be consumed no later than seven o'clock in the evening. To add some variety to your lean and tasteless menu, you can eat three teaspoons of honey throughout the day. However, you should not add honey to rice.

Second 3-day cycle on chicken

After three days of the rice diet are over, you can begin the meat stage. To do this, you need to eat chicken meat for the next three days. It is an excellent source of protein, which is very easily absorbed by the body. Weight loss is possible due to the low calorie content of chicken and accelerated metabolism. In addition, the body will receive the amino acids it needs along with chicken meat.

Every day you need to eat 1.2 kg of boiled chicken. We must not forget about water - you should still drink it in a volume of 2.5 liters per day. If a person replaces water with green tea, then sugar should not be added to it.

As for the method of cooking chicken, you can not only boil it, but also steam it. The poultry meat is first cleaned of skin and fat. The amount of chicken that is obtained after cooking must be divided into equal parts - you get 5-6 servings - and eat them throughout the day. During cooking, salt and spices are not added to it. Honey is not consumed at this stage.

You can find information that during these three days chicken can be replaced with fish. To do this, they suggest taking 0.8 kg of hake, pollock or cod. Principles from Margarita Koroleva:

  1. Eat often, little by little. Prepare dishes without adding spices, sugar, or salt. A single serving should not exceed 150-200 g. This is quite enough to saturate the body. The food should be chewed slowly, so there is no need for supplements.

There is no need to fast as this stresses the body. As a result, the risk of pouncing on food and overeating increases significantly.

To lose weight, you don't need to starve yourself, just eat right.

  1. To increase the effectiveness of diet therapy throughout the entire period of weight loss and after it, combine a low-calorie diet with light physical activity, water treatments, and massage.

Helpful in helping the body burn fat. To do this, it is recommended to rub the problem areas intensively with a hard washcloth. Such procedures stimulate blood flow to the dermis, giving it youth and elasticity.

  1. The last meal time is 19-00.

It is interesting that in terms of nutritional principles, Margarita Koroleva’s method for losing weight is reminiscent of the 6 petals diet, which, unlike the latter, consists not of six, but of three consecutive mono-diets.

The diet is contraindicated for colds, stomach and heart diseases. In this case, any weight loss program can become a “trigger” that undermines health.

Third 3-day cycle on vegetables

The last three days of the diet are aimed at cleansing the body of toxins. For this, vegetables are used that are rich in coarse, indigestible fiber. It, like a brush, “sweeps” everything unnecessary from the intestines and absorbs unnecessary mucus.

Vegetables can be consumed both cooked and fresh. You can make salads from them. However, it is forbidden to eat pickles, marinades, spices, and sauerkraut. Vegetables are not added with salt during cooking. To make vegetable days not so bland, you can boil half of the vegetables and eat the other half raw.

You can eat up to one kilogram of various vegetables per day. During these three days, you are also allowed to diversify your menu with three teaspoons of honey.

Menu for the week

If for some reason (for example, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract) you cannot sharply limit your diet, as should be done during the 9-day diet or mono-diets, the nutritionist suggests choosing a more gentle option. The seven-day diet will allow you to lose 3 to 8 extra pounds of excess weight.

Don't forget that all dishes are prepared without oil, salt and sugar.

1 day:

  • 200 ml of kefir (1.5% fat) or 150 g of natural yogurt (you can add 100 g of strawberries, raspberries or currants);
  • 200 g pineapple;
  • 200 g baked chicken, 150 g steamed asparagus;
  • 200 g of vegetable puree soup;
  • 150 g boiled shrimp.

Day 2:

  • 200 g of cottage cheese (up to 9% fat) and 150 g of raspberries;
  • 200 g grated carrots with a tablespoon of natural yogurt;
  • 200 g boiled hake, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber;
  • 1 apple;
  • 1 chicken egg and 150 g of boiled cauliflower.

Day 3:

  • omelette: 2 chicken eggs + 100 ml milk (1.5% fat);
  • 200 g currants/raspberries;
  • 170 g baked pollock;
  • 200 ml tomato juice;
  • 1 baked zucchini.

Day 4:

  • 150 g rice porridge (water);
  • 200 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 200 g chicken breast, 150 g steamed vegetables (cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli);
  • 150 g pineapple;
  • 200 g baked champignons.

Day 5:

  • 150 g oatmeal (in water) with 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 apple;
  • 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 200 g steamed salmon, 150 g Chinese cabbage;
  • 50 g almonds;
  • 1 boiled egg, 2 cucumbers.

Day 6:

  • 200 g buckwheat porridge (in water), 1 cucumber and 1 tomato;
  • 150 g strawberries;
  • 200 g boiled chicken breast, 3 lettuce leaves;
  • 100 g dried fruits;
  • 200 g baked hake, 150 g cauliflower.

Day 7:

  • 200 g cottage cheese (5% fat), 1 banana;

  • 200 ml kefir (1.5% fat);

Kefir

The kefir mono-diet is designed for 5–6 days. She is classified as complex, since her diet includes the consumption of only 1 liter of kefir (1% fat) and fruits or berries (no more than 1 kg per day) or vegetables (also no more than 1 kg per day). During the express diet on kefir, you also need to drink about 2 liters of clean water, you are allowed to drink green tea.
