On the shelves of pharmacy stalls you can find a type of regular activated carbon. It has a slightly different purpose.

Activated regular carbon:

  • Indication: recommended from 7 years;
  • Portion: no more than 10 pieces per day;

Both adults and children should take charcoal three times a day.

The duration of the course, as a rule, depends on the patient’s symptoms. Usually it does not exceed 3-4 days. For long-term and acute allergic reactions, treatment can last up to 14 days.

Universal antidote

But with the advent of new, more effective bactericidal drugs, and then antibiotics, the popularity of activated carbon as a therapeutic agent has decreased. However, this drug is still considered the most effective nonspecific antidote (antidote), capable of absorbing many poisons and preventing their absorption due to its high surface activity. Thus, just 1 g of activated carbon can bind 800 mg of morphine, 700 mg of barbital, 300–350 mg of other barbiturates and alcohol.

Then I drank for another 8 days and took a break for a week, then I repeated it and so I drank 4 courses. As a result, my charcoal diet (including breaks) lasted a little more than two months and during this time, you won’t believe it!!!! I lost 7 kilograms!!!

And this is without physical activity, except for running in the morning and hard work in the store, where I was in motion!!!

I tried a fasting day (this is where you take 10 tablets per day and don’t eat anything) - I barely crammed the entire portion into myself, dividing it into 5 parts.
