I don’t eat dairy products, but not because they are “heavy”, but simply because I don’t see any benefit in them. I don't encourage anyone to do the same. As they say, everything that is good for one is bad for another.
Our body is a small “chemical plant” that functions like a clock. You need to learn to listen to him.
If you woke up in the morning with an unbridled desire to eat lemon, most likely you do not have enough vitamin C. Everything that happens to our body is associated with a change in the biochemical composition of the blood - it reacts to this instantly.
There are no universal recipes when it comes to nutrition. You need to regularly take a biochemical blood test and supplement your diet with microelements, vitamins and amino acids.
I have no weakness for fast food - I rarely eat it. My favorite food is Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. For example, raw fish with special sauces.
I love grilled broccoli and cauliflower, but I can’t resist fried potatoes, dumplings or borscht a couple of times a month. It is important to learn not to feel guilty for eating food that does not fit any canon of proper nutrition. Enjoy it, and in return your body will thank you with the release of serotonin and endorphins, giving you a good mood. If you are angry with yourself for eating a chocolate bar, it will definitely be deposited where it is not needed.
