These substances are present in the body and are responsible for the metabolic rate, i.e. their intake from the outside will speed up metabolism and fats will burn faster. It is clear that if you plan to relax, lie on the couch and lose weight, there is no point in drinking them. These substances “work” only as additional help when a person is actively involved in sports and fitness. In addition, the effect of their use is temporary; after completing the course and losing weight, you should continue to eat moderately and be sure to lead an active lifestyle, otherwise the lost pounds will quickly return.

  • Do not use products containing chromium polynicotinate or garcinia cambogia extract.

These are substances that increase the sensitivity of cells to insulin, i.e. carbohydrate metabolism, so glucose in the body is more actively consumed, and appetite also decreases. However, for those whose main problem with weight gain is the abuse of fatty and carbohydrate foods rather than sweets, this will not help. This method is also not suitable for “psychological” sweet tooths.
