How to make cottage cheese pancakes with oat bran
Ingredients:
- granular cottage cheese (fat content 9%) - 220 g,
- oat bran - 3 tbsp.,
- egg - 1 pc.,
- sweetener of your choice - I used Stevia sweetener
- vanillin packet
- salt - to taste
From this amount of ingredients I made 7 cheesecakes. By the way, you can take any bran you like.
Preparation:
- Crush 5 sweetener tablets into powder
- combine and mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass
If you want the curd dough to be softer and more pliable, grind the curd through a sieve and grind the oat bran in a blender.
— the cheese mass should not be dense, otherwise the cheesecakes will fall apart even during formation
- the curd mass should not be overly wet - such a cheesecake will simply melt in a hot frying pan
- form small sized cheesecakes and fry in a preheated frying pan with added oil
To use as little oil as possible, I recommend frying cheesecakes in a non-stick frying pan or a frying pan with a thick bottom. Then a few drops of oil will be enough for you and the cheesecakes will turn out to be truly dietary - tender and not greasy
- fried cheesecakes on both sides, do not rush to remove from the pan - turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let them cook for 7-10 minutes
While the cheesecakes are arriving, brew and serve fresh aromatic tea. Before serving, place the cheesecakes on a plate, garnish with powdered sugar and fresh berries. Or eat them with mashed berries, yogurt or sour cream. Enjoy your tea!
Option 2: Quick recipe for dietary cheesecakes with bran in the oven
Diets vary greatly in recommended food and calorie ratios. Simple and quick to prepare, cheesecakes according to our next recipe contain a reduced amount of fat and are recommended for people who are forced to limit their consumption.
Ingredients:
- one and a half glasses of oat bran;
- 200 grams of low-percentage cottage cheese;
- two spoons of sugar;
- fresh chicken egg;
- a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- vanilla powder - half a teaspoon.
How to quickly prepare dietary cheesecakes with bran
Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl and knead until the lumps disappear with a spoon or masher. An alternative option is to grind it on a sieve; the cheesecakes will come out not only fluffier, but also more tender.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with sugar. Transfer the sweet mass to the curd mixture, add a little salt, vanilla and stir thoroughly.
Having received a mass of homogeneous composition, add half a glass of bran to the curd dough and mix it again.
Pour the remaining oat bran into a wide plate. Turn on the oven to preheat, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, applying it in a thin layer using a brush.
Using moistened hands, form centimeter-thick cheesecakes from the curd dough. We roll the workpieces well in bran, then lay it out on a baking sheet.
When the temperature inside the oven reaches around 180 degrees, place the pan with cheesecakes in it for 20 minutes.

Cheesecakes according to Dukan for Attack
Cheesecakes according to Dukan for attack can be eaten at all stages of the diet, but calculate the portions so as not to exceed the consumption of bran.
Ingredients
- Low-fat granular cottage cheese – 200 g.
- Oat bran – 4 tbsp. l.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
- Seasonings – salt, sugar substitute and vanilla.
- Low-fat yoghurt for serving – 100 ml.
Preparation
- Beat the eggs into a thick foam. A little secret: you will never be able to beat eggs into a thick foam in a wet bowl, even if even a drop of water gets in there. Even the eggs themselves should be wiped dry with a napkin after washing.
- Carefully add cottage cheese, bran, salt, sugar substitute and vanilla to the egg foam, carefully mixing the ingredients with a spatula.
- Grease a frying pan with a flat frying surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat it well. It is better to take a frying pan with a thick bottom or non-stick coating. This will allow you to fry the cheesecakes with a minimum amount of oil.
- Roll the cheese mass into even balls and flatten it a little, put it in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Place on a plate and serve topped with low-fat yoghurt.
Chocolate
You can make cheesecakes with bran and cocoa. 1 tsp will add a chocolate touch to the dish. cocoa added to the curd mass. This will slightly increase the calorie content of the dish, but if you take real cocoa and not substitutes like Nesquik, the benefits will be many times greater. Low-fat powder will give you the opportunity to not increase the calorie content of the dish so much.
Is it possible to eat cheesecakes while losing weight?
This question is relevant for those who are trying not to gain weight and bring their parameters closer to ideal. Eating cheesecakes while losing weight is allowed, the main thing is to reduce their fat content to a minimum: bake or fry the cottage cheese cakes, adding a drop of olive oil. For example, a delicate light curd dessert according to the Dukan diet can be prepared at any phase of the diet, but during alternation it can also be supplemented with a delicious rhubarb sauce: the greens should be stewed with cinnamon, blended with a blender and served as a healthy sauce that does not contain fructose.

Ingredients:
- half a kilo of medium-fat cottage cheese;
- sugar – 75 grams;

Step-by-step recipe for making cheesecakes with bran
Combine bran with baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla and a little salt, mix thoroughly.
Place a sieve over a bowl with the bulk mixture and, rubbing with a spoon, pass the cottage cheese through it.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Pour into a bowl with cottage cheese and mix everything for a long time.
We form small balls from the curd dough, then press them down so that the cakes come out no more than one centimeter thick. Give the pieces a rounded shape and place them on a cutting board dusted with flour.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil well. There shouldn’t be a lot of it, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan by only half a centimeter.
One by one, bread the cheesecakes in flour and place them, maintaining a centimeter distance from each other, into heated oil. Fry, turning over, until both sides are evenly golden brown.

Cheesecakes with Dukan bran. General practical advice
Delicious Dukan curd cheesecakes can be prepared with or without food bran. Dukan recommends eating bran every day, but no more than 1.5-2 tbsp. In this amount, bran (coarse grain fiber) is very useful, but a large dose can adversely affect the functioning of the stomach.
The food should be delicious. The main reason for failures on diets for the purpose of losing weight is eating monotonous and tasteless, albeit dietary food. To add flavor, the dish is generously seasoned with non-calorie additives - herbs, spices or spices. The Dukan Diet allows the use of food flavorings and taste imitators.
The lower the calorie content of each ingredient, the more dietary the finished dish will be. For cheesecakes, use low-fat varieties of dairy products: cottage cheese - up to a maximum of 2% fat content, kefir - 1%, zero-calorie sweetener for sweetening. In some chicken egg recipes, only the white is used: the calorie content of the white is 44 kcal, and the yolk is 352.
Using only egg whites in the Dukan cheesecake recipe meets another important principle of the diet: as many protein products as possible. So, the white of a chicken egg contains 8 g of protein in the absence of fat and carbohydrates, and the yolk contains only 2.7 g of protein, but 4.5 g of fat. The “protein principle” is especially important for Attack, while in the following stages of the diet, whole eggs are used for cheesecakes.
Classic cheesecakes are fried in a frying pan in oil until a crust forms. Of course, for a dietary dish this is an unaffordable luxury. Diet cheesecakes “according to Dukan” are baked in the oven or slow cooker, and also steamed.
To prevent the dough from sticking to the cooking containers, cheesecakes are laid out in molds (paper, silicone) specially designed for baking. This is necessary to avoid greasing the oven tray or multicooker bowl with high-calorie oil.
Flour is also mixed into regular cheesecakes, but in dietary recipes it is better to do without it. Usually flour is needed so that the dough does not spread and keeps its shape. This role is well fulfilled by baking molds into which the dough is placed for cooking.
The dough for cheesecakes is always prepared the same way; the differences in the recipes concern only the ingredients:
- Beat the egg white (or whole egg) separately;
- Cottage cheese is ground with kefir, salt, sweetener, spices (in accordance with the recipe);
- The curd mass is combined with the egg, mixed thoroughly, adding soda or baking powder;
- Add spices, herbs, herbs specified in the recipe.
The dough should be medium in density, not flow, and keep its shape. You don’t have to take the finished cheesecakes out of the molds, but eat them straight from there with a teaspoon.
Important! Calorie and protein content in products and ready meals is indicated per 100 g.
Dukan cheesecakes in a slow cooker
Dukan cheesecakes in a slow cooker will delight your soul and save time.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese – 0.5 kg.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sweetener – 4-5 g.

- Set the multicooker to “baking” mode and cook the dessert for 40 minutes.
