From this amount of ingredients I made 7 cheesecakes. By the way, you can take any bran you like.

Preparation:

Combine bran with baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla and a little salt, mix thoroughly.

Place a sieve over a bowl with the bulk mixture and, rubbing with a spoon, pass the cottage cheese through it.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Pour into a bowl with cottage cheese and mix everything for a long time.

  • Oat bran – 2 tbsp. l.
