Below are tables with sample menus for each phase of the Dukan Diet. Don’t be afraid to change or rearrange anything as you wish - all dishes are interchangeable.

There is no menu for Stabilization, since this phase involves introducing into the diet the same carbohydrate products as during the Consolidation stage, only in larger quantities.
