  • Hard for 3 days

But it gives very good results - you can easily lose 8 or even 10 kilograms.

The order of mono-diets here is as follows:

  • the first and second days are drinking days. Allowed are low-fat kefir and non-carbonated mineral water, they can be consumed without restrictions. Avoid tea and coffee;
  • the third day is fruity, with unsweetened apples. They can be eaten raw, baked, juiced, or pureed. If you don't like apples, you can replace them with oranges or grapefruit. You can eat whenever you want and as much as you want. You also need to drink water - about 1.5 liters per day;
  • the next three days are protein, the daily menu includes boiled, baked or stewed chicken fillet without fat (no salt or added spices). Meat should be eaten in small portions 5-6 times a day. Drinking regime is standard – 1.5 liters of clean water;
  • the last, seventh day is cheese and wine. This is a popular type of fasting day, which allows you to cleanse the body and saturate it with proteins. 5-6 times a day you can drink 50 ml of dry red wine and eat 30 g of hard cheese. For 10 days

The mono-diet complex turned out to be so popular that several more of its extended modifications were soon developed. It is used by those who have tolerated the weekly version of their Favorite Diet well and want to increase their weight loss effect. An extended modification of the strict 7-day diet is a set of mono-diets for 10 days.

The diet involves using the same products, alternating days as follows:

  • drinking (with kefir and water) - first, second, third;
  • fruit (on apples) - fourth, fifth, sixth;
  • protein - (on chicken breast) - seventh, eighth, ninth;
  • cheese and wine day - tenth.

The result of following this diet will be a loss of 8–12 kg of weight (this figure is valid if your weight is seriously exceeding the norm).

For 12 days

Weight loss when using this version of the “Favorite” technique can be up to 14 kg. The twelve-day option includes three types of diet.

First (hard)

It is recommended to take food 5-6 times, in small portions, drink clean water between meals, up to 1.5 liters per day. For the first six days, you need to follow the regimen provided in the gentle 7-day diet. Then the daily nutrition plan will be as follows:

  • the seventh - on mineral water, unloading, with zero calorie content;
  • eighth – vegetable;
  • ninth - on low-fat kefir;
  • the tenth – on lean chicken meat;
  • eleventh – fasting, with unsweetened green tea;
  • twelfth – mixed (as in the gentle version of the 7-day diet).

Second

These are four blocks of three-day mono-diets:

  • kefir: you can drink low-fat kefir in any quantity;
  • apple: you can eat raw, baked apples, applesauce, drink apple juice. It is recommended to use varieties that are not sweet in taste. In addition to fruits, you should drink up to 1.5 liters of water per day;
  • protein: source of protein - boiled, stewed or steamed turkey or chicken fillet. Do not use salt or spices. The daily water requirement is at least 1.5 liters. Caution: this mono-diet block puts a significant burden on the urinary system, in particular on the kidneys;
  • wine and cheese: each meal consists of 150 ml of dry red wine and a small piece of hard cheese. The number of meals is not limited and depends on your ability to drink alcohol. If you are intolerant to alcohol, the wine can be replaced with pomegranate juice, but then the stomach must be healthy and not have problems with high acidity.

Third

What all products have in common is their low energy value - the body receives no more than 1000 kilocalories per day. The number of meals is arbitrary, the daily drinking regime is standard - 1.5 liters of clean water (this does not only apply to kefir day, when you can drink less water). Here is what the diet consists of for each of the 12 days:

  1. Two liters of low-fat kefir.
  2. Two kilograms of any fruit, except bananas (they are too high in calories).
  3. 0.5 kg of cottage cheese 4–5% fat (calcium is less absorbed from low-fat cottage cheese).
  4. 1 kg of zucchini, you can bake them in the oven or prepare a stew by adding some carrots and onions.
  5. 100 grams of dark chocolate without sugar.
  6. 1.5 kg of unsweetened apples, which can be eaten raw, mashed or, for example, baked.
  7. 400 grams of low-fat hard cheese.
  8. 1 liter of tomato juice and 1 kg of vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers, sweet peppers). Carrots and beets, which are high in sugar, can be eaten in small quantities.
  9. 0.5 kg of boiled turkey, chicken or beef.
  10. Salads seasoned with kefir or lemon juice from cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers.
  11. Repeat the diet on the third day - 0.5 kg of medium-fat cottage cheese.
  12. Repeat the diet on the second day - 2 kg of unsweetened fruit.

For 14 days

These are two combined seven-day one-component nutrition systems. The result can be a loss of 10 to 14 kg of weight in 14 days. But since long-term dietary restriction can cause a loss of strength, the menu is allowed to include:

  • coffee and coffee cereal and chicory drinks (no more than a cup per day);

As an addition to the daily diet of the drinking block, 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of thin fruit or milk jelly are included.
  • Days 4–6 – fiber and pectins. Vegetables are the source of these nutrients. As in the classic scheme, they can be eaten raw, boiled, stewed, but in the “long-lasting” three-week diet, such dishes as vegetable cutlets or pancakes, and deep-fried vegetables with protein are also allowed. To prepare dishes, you can use lemon juice, mild spices and vegetable oil (30–50 grams).
  • Days 7–9 are fruit and berry days. The emphasis is on green apples; they can be eaten in any form: raw, pureed, baked with honey and cinnamon. Among other fruits and berries, give preference to grapefruit, oranges, kiwi, strawberries and raspberries that contain a minimum of calories, as well as pineapple, which accelerates the absorption of triglycerides and sugars. From berries and fruits you can prepare salads dressed with yogurt, fruit canapés, smoothies, fruit drinks, jelly, and jelly.
  • Days 10–12 are meat days. Lean beef, chicken, turkey or rabbit can be boiled, stewed or baked. It is advisable not to use salt, but mild spices (basil, ginger, cardamom, Provençal herbs, mild curry) are fine.

The order of alternating foods in the diet for 30 days

In this version, each mono-diet lasts 3 days. They are observed in the following sequence:

1. Drinking. During this period it is allowed:

  • vegetable or meat broth;
  • tea with honey;
  • coffee and coffee drinks (in limited quantities);
  • milk, kefir, yogurt;
  • fruit, berry and vegetable juices, compotes, jelly;
  • milk and fruit and berry cocktails;
  • To increase the energy value of the diet, you can include in the daily menu (your choice) - vegetable puree soup, a small portion of fish or meat, 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
